This is a dig a Michelin Customer service located in France, Those garlic eating surrender monkeys, I'm positive they like giving the English the run around!!! So I email them because I was having trouble locating a certain tyre size in there brand, after several email exchanges they needed to know what car it when on, and a picture. Then a lecture on correct tyre rotation and the tread depth of the remaining tyres, and the last email concluded that I would have to consult a local supplier. So all in all a complete waste of time!!!

worst Frickin Cyclocross jet 33 TLR tyre , fabricated to narrow cant fit it on my rim, had to buy iron tyre levers,dented brake surface for this crappy tyres, You oughta refound ALL my expenses, SADLY such a once great company have fail SO MUCH,

For what little snow I found, the Michelin Alpin 5 SUV (245/45/21) made a very good impression on me in terms of braking and cornering, including climbs! In the wet you are glued and the noise, at least on mine, is imperceptible. I have mounted them since November 21 and I have not found any differences in consumption, but what is immediately felt when driving, especially in unfavorable conditions (ice) is the control that is maintained. Honestly that's what I was looking for from a thermal tire when I have everyone on board. So for the moment very satisfied with the choice considering that the performance over time should not change.
