Such a helpful company!!

Always give great advice and always so helpful.

I have had a MIchell turntable for many years and just recently they were able to help me out with a modification to the end stub of my tonearm counterweight.

Michell continue to manufacture turntables and accessories to the highest quality so would always recommend this company.

Michell are well known as the makers of some of the finest and most innovative turntables, but it is of their attention, courtesy and help in what many may perceive as the small things that many manufacturers would probably not bother about....if you could phone them in the first place, that I write?
My issue concerned the sizing of a spindle for fitting a Michell record clamp on a (vintage) Mycro turntable.
Not only was my call promptly answered personally by someone who knew better than I, of what I was talking, but enabled me to send the part in for a modified part, all returned almost by return for very little cost.
Such service and attention is nowadays a rare thing and hugely appreciated.
(the turntables are beautiful things too!)
