This brand is all aesthetics and zero substance.

I ordered multiple sports bras at over $200 each, expecting performance-level quality. What showed up felt like flimsy, decorative tops masquerading as activewear. There is no world where these hold up in an actual workout. No support, no structure, nothing that suggests they’d survive even a few high-intensity sessions. Calling them “sports bras” is generous.

The sizing is completely off, which would be manageable if the return process worked. It doesn’t. Their policy claims 30-day returns, yet actually getting a return label requires multiple emails, repeated follow-ups, and days of waiting. It feels like you’re begging them to honor their own policy.

At this price point, that is unacceptable. There is nothing “luxurious” about chasing down customer service just to return items that don’t fit. It is inefficient, disorganized, and a waste of time.

For a brand charging premium prices, this experience is at best careless. Save your money.

Bad customer service experience. This brand is quite expensive compared to Luluemon or Alo so I was expecting similar or better customer service. I’ve purchased a few pieces and even initially recommended the brand to friends. However, when I noticed small tears in the mesh of my almost brand new tights I was alarmed. I contacted customer service right away about a replacement. I assumed it would be no problem as I have purchased countless items from Lulu Lemon over the years and they have ALWAYS offerred exchange for any issue. After requesting pictures, MICHI informed me they would not provide a replacement as it didn’t seem to be their issue. I will not purchase with this company again.
