Very helpful and no problems
Very helpful on the phone. Swift delivery, or as swift as Royal Mail gets anyway. Needed to return initial item and re-order another size. No issues with refund. And good quality drum 🥁 .

Buying from physical shop not allowed.
Went into shop to buy something that was actually on the counter. Was told you cannot buy these as they have been ordered by someone online.
Went online and ordered them click and collect. Order was left processing.

Great support and quick delivery
Great phone support, speedy delivery ... can't fault this shop and will recommend them. My son's guitar teacher recommended a half-size guitar of a specific brand and model. The model number of the guitar listed on the Mickleburgh website was different so I rang them to check it was the same thing before placing the order. I got put through to someone in minutes who explained the difference to me. I then bought the guitar through their website (all easy to use) and it arrived within a few days.
