Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!!

Beware they operate as car parts took my money for roof racks paid for advanced postage no coms to say out of stock! The offered a refund and ignored that reply!! Messaged multiple times asking for a refund to be ignored sent emails stating my item has been dispatched yet nothing has beem delivered!!! Luckily paid PayPal so got my refund through them.

Great service from Mick's garage, especially Lauren who has been great at meeting my needs as a deaf person using text messaging to communicate with me regarding my full car service and MOT. Competitive pricing! Highly recommend! I'll be back! Thanks!

I had some major issues with my car before Christmas and paid a fortune to have repaired at a Garage near my home.
They totally messed up my car and I had to have the whole thing replaced again!!

AVOID! Took my car for a service here, 2 days later I crashed my car. I wasn’t informed that there was a leak on my breaks. Surely that’s something that should have been mentioned! But they was happy to mention all the irrelevant work that was needed on the car which they quoted me 1,500 to fix ? When I’ve then gone back to the garage they told me “oh it was meant to be written on the report sorry” yeah thanks if I was informed of the problem I would of got it fixed there and then! now I got a crashed car and it’s absolutely impossible for anyone to get through to the manager APPARENTLY. Although I’m sure they can get through to him but I just don’t think they care! The lack of care from this garage is disgusting I would advise no one to use them. Horrible money hungry people

Paid for DPD delivery 10 days later still not dispatched - do not respond. Would not use

I would avoid this company. I purchased a part as recommended for my car on their website - I put in the reg so it was clear the make, model, year etc. The part was wrong entirely through an incorrect recommendation from the company.

They refused to refund the postage either way and dismissed my emails in an unfair and arrogant manner. Never again.

I've ordered a roof rack recently and when I check out I've been given the option how fast I want it, obviously if I want it fast delivery i need to pay more. but I've counted the days and I thought it should be here in a few days, so I got the email pretty much after a day I place my order saying that due the covid is going to be a delay but WITHOUT telling me how long it takes!!! Now my whole plan is screwed because this company have no one I can speak to and track down my order!!!! This is utterly unprofessional !!!

I FOUND THE THE RETURN PROCEDURE IS IMPOSSIBLE
I WASTED AN HOUR TRYING TO RETURN AN ITEM SENT TO ME BY MISTAKE AND HAD TO GIVE UP IN THE END ITS A BLOODY JOKE

Ordered wind deflectors for the car one, (out of a set of four), of which arrived cracked during transit.
Without any hesitation or argument the very nice man at Micks Garage apologised for the inconvenience and offered a full refund of the purchase price. The funds were back in the bank within a couple of hours!
Faultless and proper old fashioned service from a company that obviously values its customers.

I’v had issues with my gearbox on my bmw I went to two garages and the both said my gearbox was gone all it does is it goes into limp mode so I can’t go pass 40mph a friend recommended micks garage so I thought why not as I was getting quoted stupid amount two change it they plugged it in and done a gearbox diagnostic and told me the gearbox ecu was faulty they said it would be an easy fix which it was and so much cheaper what I was getting quoted I just went ahead with the job thanks a lot the car is running amazing now and thank u for the bass box install 🔊🔊🔊🔊 drives and sounds outstanding all thanks to MICK GARAGE will be back.
