Estoy muy contento con la experiencia. Solicité mi pedido a unos días de la celebracion del Día de la Madre y desde Micollarconnombre me aseguraron que llegaría a tiempo. Poco después, la empresa de reparto me señaló una fecha que era posterior. Hablé con el servicio de atención al cliente de Micollarconnombre y me dijeron que no me preocupara, que llegaría a tiempo. Y así fue: llegó varias jornadas antes del Día de la Madre. El trato recibido ha sido estupendo y han cumplido los plazos. El producto está genial.

[ENGLISH] I am very happy with the experience. I requested my order a few days before the celebration of Mother's Day and from Micollarconnombre they assured me that it would arrive on time. Shortly after, the delivery company pointed out a date that was later. I spoke to Micollarconnombre customer service by name and they told me not to worry, I would be on time. And so it was: it arrived several days before Mother's Day. The treatment received has been great and they have met the deadlines. The product is great.
