Ignored Cancelation Request
I tapped REVIEW for an order and it placed the order. Minutes later I emailed requested a cancelation explaining that I was just checking out payments. Did not hear back. Followed up asking if they received my request. Almost 48 hours later they said they already shipped it so they couldn't cancel it, completely ignoring my cancelation request almost 48 hours before they shipped it. I asked them to then statt a return and refund request and they told me I have to pay for shipping back when it should have never shipped to begin with. Guess I will have to go to my bank to hopefully void this transaction since they don't want to do things the right wat.
