What made the interview great was the fact that Zara asked subject-relevant questions, and this made me feel that my work experience was very relevant to the work project.

I think the online AI interview is a highly efficient way to interview the candidate. For another, it renders great opportunity for talented people around the world to unite and make contribution. Last but not the least, it indicates the start of AI era.

Everything must be accurate, despite the fact that you can easily understand and learn the things that the interviewer require. I did have an interview as AutoCAD designer, every error I have does not have effect on how I can perform. I have so many projects and I use AutoCAD for quite so long. Not only that, my recent interview as Architect also.

First AI interview for me and frankly, Zara was more lively than some of irl interviewers I’ve had. 10/10 would do again!

The application and interview process is very straightforward, and having a 48-hour response time is great since most AI Annotation sites usually take longer. Overall, my experience with Micro1 has been great.
