Dishonest Product Description and BAD Customer Service

My experience is quite BAD with this Canadian company that doesn't look to abide by any Canadian business standards.

They have LIED and sent me a product (laptop) with a part of the keyboard not working as one would expect from an open box product bought through Walmart Marketplace.

I have dealt with Allie Rossiter, Pam Bains, Hamza Muneem, Rajwant, Shane Forester from Microcad and they are they are they are ALL BAD at their job. I have never seen another Canadian business to be more HOSTILE, UNPLEASANT and less helpful than this company.

In my case I received a laptop with an keyboard not working 100% and they did not accept that their QA made a mistake. I am however start to think they are all into this together and the business at the core is ran to scam people. Is that your goal?

I will continue to fight for my right (BBB, Consumer Protection Ontario, legal) to not be taken advantage of but...

BE AWARE OF SCAMS!

Bad customer experience with Microcad Computers Corporation

Be cautious when dealing with Microcad Computers Corporation. We purchased a total of 583 SSDs from them, and 122 units turned out to be faulty, despite assurances from Pam Bains that everything had been tested and was in good condition.

Before the goods even arrived, a staff member, Allie Rossiter, informed us that some of the drives we purchased were bad. When we raised this concern with Pam, she dismissed it, claimed the drives had passed testing, and stated that Allie was new and did not understand what she was saying.

However, upon receiving the shipment, we confirmed that a significant number of the drives were indeed defective. After this discovery, Pam Bains stopped answering our calls, messages, and emails.

Our experience has been extremely disappointing, and we strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.
