The billing department is the reason for a 2 star review
I have auto pay and they raised the amount of payment. I called and spoke to a person who did not change the amount and fix auto pay she left the company. When I Called it was instructed to change it myself on line I did that and it ended up getting two payments taken out of my checking. I called right away and was reversed the one payment . I got an text and email that I owe a payment. When I called they wanted a bank statement so my bank created one for Microf. They emailed me a transaction of payments. On the report I noticed that they had sent 2 payments to my bank and it was only one. Bank had sent proof of only one was deposited
Still trying to get this fix as now a email stating that they will pick up the air conditioner.

BEWARE! This company will charge you VERY high interest rate and fees! MICROF will not give you a balance or interest rate amount! I trusted Superior Comfort Heating and Cooling for financial assistance for a new Furnace in MI! No one will help answer question about statement or fees! Now that I’ve been roped in…..I have to find a way to STOP the bleeding from financial LOSE

Do not buy from this company, I bought a unit in 2022 and making payments since, the original amount was 7k ,but they are saying that the total now is $ 19k total, due to fees and interest, it's a complete rip off,I already paid over 7k since, and they are saying is still owed money, 12 k more due to fees. They are are taking advantage of people.

I would recommend microf for any heating and air company , Hannah was very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Very pushy and refused to give me any information on the loan, they may say youre getting a loan for 10,000 but by time youre done you pay 18,000 this is why the information is withheld, i have a very sick grandmother and wanted to get her a central ac unit for comfort in what might be her last years and they also always found something else i need to do or some hoop to jump through, all i wanted to do was take responsibility for a purchase exactly like ive done times before even if i had a high interest, just go to the bank , a 10k loan right now you pay back 8%

I contacted microf and they are off today just wanted to know if they got my check I wrote may 23rd since they never cashed it. Not sure if I should stop payment on that check or not. Billing giving me hard time was going turn me into collection agency for 22.00 I could pay since I didn’t have whole payment. They refuse change due date otherwise would not be late anymore for payment. I should be all caught up in payments. I would never have them again they would have to work on their billing before I have them again. I would not recommend anyone get microf. I have 7 more months be paid off. I am struggling pay my bills and will not work with me so I can pay this off. If I had money pay it off now but I don’t. Can’t wait until January comes be my last payment. Please do not get microf. If it wasn’t for billing give them five stars.

they are very nasty and will not give you how much you own on the ac unit and they give you a had time i will near rent any thing for this place they should be out of business

The young lady that helped with my payment was outstanding! She was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable with excellent communication and people skills. Microf should use her recordings as a training tool on how to talk to, listen to...and treat a customer! I don't know what she's paid but she deserves a raise; she's just that valuable to your organization.

Our experience with Microf has been great over the years. They were able to provide us the relief that we needed when our HVAC unit went out unexpectedly. This service came to us as a very good option at the time.

Over the years of dealing with Microf, I found their customer service to be excellent and their agents are always courteous and helpful.

Quan was amazing! We are buying a house and there was a lean situation. She kept me calm assured me everything was going to be okay she would rush to get my info and she did. I was able to buy my house and it was all possible because of her hard work and great customer service. She is so helpful and kind it’s a game changer. Microf has a keeper!!
