Problem solved. Though, the reparation time was a bit long but the outcome was good

Company is shidt. Service is shidt. I send my telephone 12 mini for reparation, and received back another phone, with no explanation or diagnostic. This company in collaboration with dealer company fools costumers, trying to sell them refurbished phones like new ones.

The people at microfix, were kind, efficient and well infromed. My laptop was fixed in much less time than expected, and was cleaner than it had arrived.
Everything on my laptop was exactly how it had been before.

I managed to break the screen on my MacBook Pro. It was replaced and I got the machine back from Microfix in a couple of days. Friendly, fast and efficient service. Thanks.

Second time I get a repair by Microfix, and my initial opinion is reinforced: they are great.
I got my part fixed very quickly, had it back before the weekend.
They're all very polite, knowledgeable and ready to answer questions.

My computer was a mac that needed to reset but also was overheating and the keyboard was generating jumps on the screen when I used the mouse. Everything was done in the morning and in the afternoon was ready. The personal checked everything afterwards and explained me all the problem and solution.

Great Service And Great value for an out of warranty repair caused by my own stupidity rather than the failure of my hardware. Microfix were timely in there communication. It was clear accurate and helpful. Especially for a non Dutch speaking person like myself. The quote for repair was clear with no hidden post repair fees. The repair work was professional and you wouldnt know even if I pointed it the entire screen has been replaced on my 27" iMac. If I have a need for any of my many Apple Products they will be my first stop

Good information for customer about the process (diagnostics, offer, time) through email and the site. Dell XPS15 was repaired and functions now perfectly. However, I'd appreciate possibility to have an expess service.

Absolute ridiculous experience!!!!
I would suggest better to go to Apple store or Authorized Apple repair store rather than visiting Microfix. They'll make you sign a form which states that you have to pay 35euros just for diagnose whereas a diagnose will eventually result in a huge lump sum of 400-500 euros. ThephoneLab is better substitute if in case you have to diagnose and figure out the reason behind malfunction of your apple device..

Issue: AirPod pro headphones microphone does not work well.

Diagnostic: AirPods work not well however due to the fact that one has a (visual) scratch that doesn’t have to do anything with the malfunction only one get replaced for free the other one needs to be replaced on own costs. Own cost then were higher than on the apple website.

Tipps: go to an apple store instead to microfix. Check before you let them do the diagnostic what the likely outcome could be. Diagnostic costs 30€ if you don’t agree on the proposed result adm go for the repair. Total lock up.

I’m quite shocked and frustrated that I had to pay 125 euro reparation costs for headphones that did not work, were still in time of guarantee however had a scratch on the outside.
