MacBook Air — Repair Drama
I brought my MacBook Air for repair due to liquid damage. It was non functional and I could not even turn it on. I was told that it will take around 5 days and since I have Apple Care+ it will be covered and I will only pay the excess amount required by apple (€259 or something). I was invoiced wrongly without adding apple care+ so I had to pay €600 or so before they begin to work on my MacBook. It took 2 days to arrange the correct invoice and begin the repair. So they ordered the materials needed and started working with it and I was hoping that I will only take a couple of days. Then after 2 days I received a status update and I was told that they needed to order additional parts because the problem was still not fixed. I was annoyed because they should have known what to order the first time. And I don’t wanna imagine what would have happened if I didn’t have apple care+. I would have to pay again. Anyways, I received my laptop after 10 days or so and everything seemed fine during a quick check at home since I could now turn it on etc. When I went back home and started working with it I’ve realized that there was still liquid in the screen with the result of burned pixels and blurred areas , and the screen was not responding properly. So they didn’t change the screen and I have contacted them to arrange another repair. That was my first and last time that I used their services. From now on I prefer to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with apple store than going back there.

DON’T GO HERE
DON’T GO HERE! Dishonest store. Went to this store because my Macbook Pro did not start anymore. When they checked what was wrong they told me my laptop AND my charger where broken. I was planning on buying a new Macbook Air and was doing research one which one to get. Before buying a new laptop I checked one more time with the charger of a friend; what turns out? Laptop is completely fine and I only need a new charger!! Got myself a new charger and everything is solved.

Macbook pro 15
I had a macbook pro 15' 2015 with battery and reflective coating problems. Reparations were covered by Apple's extended warranty program. Service was impressively quick and excellent in every step.
