No quible replacement of faulty item.

When I ordered a heater that wasn't available online in the UK they took the trouble check that I was ok with it having a continental two pin plug.

Unfortunately, the heater that arrived didn't work. However, after letting them know and sending some photos to customer services on the MicroFluo website, they shipped out a replacement at no extra charge.

Their communications in English were also very good.

dont trust the recent 5 star rating!

i just bought a fan of them which was malfunctioning after 3 weeks. I told them and send a video of it so they send me back a returnticket.

Everything fine till then but after it arrived they said they had a technician look at it and apperently is not broken despite my videos i send.

They had the audacity to say its probably my electricity or something else.

They then refused to give me a refund or a new product and even said i need to pay for the delivery costs now to return the broken item back to me.

I had to use paypal buyer protection to get my money back.

If i could get 0 stars i would.

Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support. I had problems with item that broke almost right after opening the box and I still haven't received refund. Takes over a week for them to respond to a email.
