I had a problem with my Macbook Pro…
I had a problem with my Macbook Pro 2019. The laptop had died and would not boot up or charge, it was stuck on a black screen. The technician was great, very professional and smart, and helped me to diagnose the issue - it turns out that the CPU was fried and there was no easy repair. However, I was able to buy a new Macbook pro 2019 from their ship for a reasonable price of $1000 euros, plus a deducation off the $100 euro fee that was charged for the diagnosis. So essentially a free diagnosis + a 900 euro laptop which is a great deal. The technician also helped me take my old keys from the USA laptop (QWERTY usa keyboard layout) and map them onto the new laptop which was AZERTY and European. He was able to find a solution to this problem also which was great. Definitely would recommend this shop and their expertise as well as fair prices.

They are not helpful at all
They are not helpful at all. Before buying anything here, double check for hidden defects and the price against Apple Certified Refurbished, otherwise they might screw you. Expect that a return cannot be negotiated with them.

U kocht een iPad bij ons. Na enkele weken komt u terug met de melding dat deze niet sterk genoeg is om bepaalde specifieke software te draaien. Dat is verre van een defect. We hadden u bovendien een ander model aangeboden om mee om te ruilen, maar u zei dat u reeds elders iets anders had gekocht. Dan stopt het natuurlijk.
