I purchased their Hyaluronic Acid…
I purchased their Hyaluronic Acid through the Wal-Mart website. Well the powder did not come with the scoop as specified on the back of the packaging. I contacted customer support and at first they told that they would send out a replacement, which I never asked for. I asked for a scoop to be able to use their product. I then got an email stating that they would now not be able to help me as I purchased the product from Wal-Mart and will now need to contact them for a replacement. Like WHAT? All I want is a scoop!! How is it Wal-Mart's fault that hey did not package their product the way it should have been! I will never use their products ever again. Their reviews suck anyway and they are not BBB accredited. This kind of customer service will make a company go out of business!

I bought the collagen and the electrolytes never got the products delivered to my address and they don’t answer me back. I’m very disappointed. There is no track order. This doesn’t look like a serious company. Just want my money back.
IS THIS COMPANY LEGIT? DO THEY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Seriously wondering if this is a reputable company? Have messaged regarding a question pertaining to one of thier products and they have not responded. I do not think that companies that are not transparent and cant offer ANY RESPONSE OR customer service should be in business. CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONLY REASON YOU CAN PAY YOUR BILLS AND IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THEM YOU WONT BE IN BUSINESS LONG
Beetroot w/grape seed extract and CoQ10
Their product is well made and it gives you a burst of energy over caffeine. They're easy to contact if you have a problem. Would buy again!

Beware of purchasing from Amazon.com. Check the expiration date of the products. I ordered B12 chewables on Amazon.com and did not notice the expiration date. I happened to have the bag turned over and saw the vitamins were 6 months out of date. I contacted Micro Ingredients and received the following reply :
Dear $$,
Thank you for reaching out to Micro Ingredients! We are sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. However, because your purchase is outside the 30-day return window, you do need to contact Amazon directly for further assistance. You may contact Amazon directly via customer live chat or via telephone at 888- 280-4331. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Alyssa

An independent company tested…
An independent company tested ASTIZANTHAN manufacturers and micro ingredients tested as one of the few that gave you what it says on the package.
There products are of high quality
There products are of high quality. I've tried gingko, complex mushroom power and ginseng. All work very well with what I'm trying to accomplish. Your better off ordering this product from there Amazon website. I ordered the products, got it in less than 2 days. Very satisfied.
Products are made in China…
Products are made in China…. Not the USA as stated on their website.
Scammers

Just scammers.
Microingredients
Recd my order before Xmas. Two arrived, I ordered one. Sent back with UPS. Had a tracking and order numbers upon request of company. Never received my refund. I had the date it wss returned and where it went and the name of the person who received it. They pulled out 2 payments. Went through my bank to dispute this matter. Not ordering from 5hem again.
My order never arrived
My order never arrived. After 1 month I contacted the company. They responded and said they were looking into the issue, and that they were confident I would receive my order soon. After 2 months they had the same response. Now at 3 months, they no longer respond to my emails. I'm confident my package was never actually shipped because the tracking number still says the postal service is waiting to receive the package from the sender. I am also confident they will not refund my money. Don't trust this website.
I ordered a product and because the…
I ordered a product and because the company had said it was DELIVERED, i never received the product from the USPO.I did my do-diligence on my end to find it/locate but nothing. BUT I reached out to customer service and they would not refund me for lost delivery, because at their end since it said it was delivered they believed it was delivered. Oh well, I guess money is the incentive and not doing the correct thing is their MO.
Dishonest Company
I emailed the company asking if their goats are 100% grass-fed without any other supplementation and wanted a statement saying that the goats themselves are not exposed to pesticides/herbicides/hormones/vaccines/antibiotics. I even re-worded my question about three or four times but they are good with the word-plays. We know the product itself does not contain any of these, but we’re talking about the goats. I was not satisfied with these sketchy responses.
The other thing I noticed is that the serving size is one scoop instead of four scoops like most other brands recommend, which also matches the nutritional profile of real goat milk. If you only use one scoop, you’re getting a watered down product and missing out on the proper nutrients you would get with four scoops—so here’s another scam so that they can get you on the “value” of how many servings is in the product. I also asked the company about this and never got a response. That’s very evil and deceptive… I planned on feeding this to my 15-month-old and it could have caused him a lot of harm.
Mixed Experience with Micro Ingredients - Transparency
I recently started using products from Micro Ingredients, a company that offers a wide range of dietary supplements, including organic-certified powders. Initially drawn in by their promise of pure, high-quality ingredients, I was excited to try their offerings. However, my experience has been mixed, and I feel compelled to share my insights.
Product Quality and Variety
Micro Ingredients claims to provide over 200 raw ingredients that are free from fillers, additives, and preservatives. Their products are marketed as USDA Organic certified, which is appealing for health-conscious consumers. I appreciated the variety of options available, from vitamins and minerals to superfoods.
Third-Party Testing
One of the key selling points for Micro Ingredients is their commitment to third-party testing. They state that all their ingredients come with USA lab test reports and offer free digital copies upon request. However, my attempts to obtain these reports were met with silence. Despite reaching out multiple times through various channels, I received no response from their customer service.
Transparency Issues
While Micro Ingredients promotes transparency in their operations, my experience suggests otherwise. There are numerous online discussions questioning the legitimacy of their organic certifications and the authenticity of their products. Some users have reported discrepancies in product labeling and concerns over the actual content versus what is advertised on the packaging. For instance, one user noted that their magnesium glycinate capsules did not contain the advertised amount of elemental magnesium.
Customer Service Challenges
My efforts to contact Micro Ingredients for clarification and support were frustrating. Not only did I not receive replies to my inquiries, but I also found it difficult to locate a direct contact number for customer service. This lack of communication raises concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction and product integrity.
Conclusion
While Micro Ingredients offers a wide range of dietary supplements with appealing claims about purity and quality, my experience has left me skeptical. The lack of responsiveness from customer service and the questions surrounding their organic certifications make it challenging to fully trust this brand. As a consumer, I value transparency and accountability in the products I choose, and unfortunately, Micro Ingredients has not met those expectations.
