Placed a web order
Placed a web order. Order cancelled because the item was out of stock. Called company 3 times to follow up to see when the item would be back in stock again. No call back. 1st call - she was not in the warehouse and couldn't check. 2nd call he wasn't able to check stock and didn't have authority to check. 3rd call - the person who would know is traveling and out of the country. Each time assurances were made that we would receive a call back, or an email. Last person we spoke to said that if the website showed stock, then they would have them available. Placed another order... website said 25-50 units in stock. Order cancelled again due to no stock. Still have not received a call back -- its been a week trying to get an answer. Its unfortunate because they have a good price on what we needed.
