Avoid their online store at all costs

Avoid their online store at all costs - they failed to deliver my tablet, lost by UPS, and made me wait months for a refund. I Returned the keyboard purchased to go with the device, they lost that too, even though I have a delivery confirmation - still waiting on a refund...it must cost more to investigate their warehouse issues than to issue refunds, they have their priorities very wrong. Very much not customer first!

Microsoft Word is honestly my favorite…

Microsoft Word is honestly my favorite writing software. I've written with Google docs and I've written with Microsoft Word, and maybe if there's a bit of a font wad (nothing too serious) then I will choose Microsoft over Google for the writing documents.

Thank you!

I would like to see the government step…

I would like to see the government step in and stop Microsoft charging a monthly fee 360 to write a letters
to friends and family. Their excuse is Emails are free but, not everybody has Computers or are to old to use them. Get your act together Microsoft. Now I will not be able to send this because it will be blocked with passwords. Good thing I took a photo. Plus a copy.

Windows 10 Updates

Windows 10 Updates

This absolutely horrid software decides for itself when it wants to be updated, and then when it updates it takes forever.

In my humble opinion this is almost equivalent to saying that the updating process for Windows 10 is like a "virus". It blocks you from the work you want and need to do. You cannot interrupt the process to do the job that you want and/or need to do on your PC. It has "ransomed" your time. You are being detained against your will. BAH!!

Microsoft Review

Pros: Microsoft word is the one software that has all the standard features, all Microsoft word user (school, businesses, educators and enterprises) always make MS word their best friend, the features of Microsoft word make it to be more standard and easy to use from those other writing software’s. Microsoft word has as open wide page that can contain large capacity of words. Most of my works both write-up and designing of flyer, handbills, letter header and brochures, e.tc were carry out by Microsoft words. Microsoft word has made me to be standout in the midst of co-workers in my office; because I always used Microsoft word to design different activities of my office. I hate to see people waste a lot of money on the other products that more difficult that MS word, with all my experience on MS words, I have to training other staff has my daily duties in my office. After using MS word I find it more difficult to switch to other software, why? Because MS word is now part of my life, thank for the company.
Cons: it can seem a little clunky at times to people who aren’t as familiar with it, which I’ve got to put in Microsoft’s court because people who know how to use word we basically know that MS word is dynamic word application based around bullet points and presentations. The trouble is enough people don’t learn more on how to used different features on MS word, also building a good presentation with MS word bulleting, front, paragraph, style and template, make it to be more easy for me. But the only problem I have with MS word pictures is that, they are not more colourful and attractive, most time the pictures always look so old. Also most of MS word features are only available on system version and you’ll have a hard time editing on mobile, it will be more helpful if the mobile app can also have all the features on the system version.
Overall: Microsoft word is probably the best software in the market to develop all sort of documents. Its gear to be able to customize them as much as you want and it’s really easy to use. Any standard system using in the offices, businesses, home uses and schools without MS word it’s not yet complete. MS software has standard features that make system more completed. The problem with the MS word is that pictures outlook, formatting and spacing errors can be a real problem. The recovery mode is really good it recovered all the documents in case of power failure on your system or forceful shutdown of your computer system. MS word rules the word.

Just don't buy Microsoft products

It took a while to arrive at the conclusion that by far the best solution is simply not to buy Microsoft products. Have to say that the support team were very helpful in formulating this perfect option.

Somebody, somewhere does have a Microsoft account that uses both my name and my company name in its email login because, well, that's how emails work right? Typically, emails are based on these two defining features.

It transpires that because I can't access this account my options are either I change my name by deed poll or I close my company and set up a new one. I gave it some thought and frankly I think that my parents would be upset if I changed my name and it would be a shame to have to sack all of my staff so....

The perfect third option just don't buy Microsoft products.

The worst experience I ever had and…

The worst experience I ever had and still having. Really bad technical support and a lot of lies to avoid helping with their own products due to lack of knowledge or training of their own product. The worst organisation on the planet. 3 weeks of daily calls only to be passed on to people who just hang up on you to avoid assisting you.

Windows' working THE WORST

Windows' working THE WORST. I got Intel Core i5 processor and NVIDIA GeForce 710 video card. I lose approximately 5-10 seconds on each action like pressing a button, opening an application and etc.
Yeah, service is great, you get a great support and stuff.. But, please. Do something with the optimization! Thank you.

NEVER BUY SKYPE IN NUMBERS IF THEY CUT THEM OFF WITH NO REASON THERE IS ZERO SUPPORT

I hate leaving poor ratings but I see now why Microsoft (who own Skype) already is rated bad. My experience is truly horrendous. They asked us to validate the account and sent multiple messages then locked us out (validator app on the office computer seemed to malfunction so we requested email confirmation) three weeks later after requesting assistance no progress as been made and they have not contacted us.

Not only did they cut off the account they disconnected all the Skype in numbers (there was no issue with Skype) which meant my mother in her 90s and other elderly family members can't reach us and are distraught. My mother is in a care home very frightened about the virus and kept crying to the staff saying "my son is ill" this is not the case but she is used to phoning the Skype in number as we are in different countries. We have used Skype since the first year it started and never had an issue this has been catastrophic causing great distress to several people in their 80s and 90s support is frankly non existent they just don't care.

In spite of having calling plans and 6 numbers we are dumping Skype and transferring the numbers to other providers which can be done via what is called porting, moving to Vonage makes sense I have a private line with them and it has always been faultless. There is enough stress with the Corvovirus without these incompetents adding to it.

During this 3 weeks I have gone to the online chat daily every day a response is promised it never comes! I have pages of these chats which I intend to publish online.
