Windows 11 and the updates are a complete nightmare and overload the operating system ...I have paused all updates and am thinking of switching back to Linux.

Purchased office software without researching them first. Horrible reviews online. This is a scam site. The phone number they provide doesn’t exist. They make it seem like they are an official Microsoft product distributor, but they are not. The products they provide either won’t work, or they will stop working after awhile because Microsoft will cancel any invalid product key after they find it. This site uses counterfeit product keys that will stop working once Microsoft realizes they are fake. Do not purchase anything from this company, or you just wasted whatever you paid for it..

Disappointment...vendor does not provide phone or email support. Couldn't load software, couldn't register. No use to me...gave Microsoft Softwares $ 50. They did not offer support or refund. Be cautious.

Damn, paid for a download, never received the download link and when I called their phone number, it was no longer in service. :-(

Fradulent company/website. DO NOT PURCHASE. You will never be able to contact them via email nor phone and they will not respond. You will get ripped off

Software installs then after a few weeks stops working, almost like a trial period has kicked in. I bought the full version, one time purchase so there was no monthly fees. BUYER BEWARE there is no answer at the tech support and they dont answer your emails.

Purchased Office Pro a year ago and everything was working fine until my hard drive gave out and I had to install a new one. When I went to re-install Office 2016 message said invalid key? Microsoft Softwares site says lifetime key or replace if any problems. The problem is they are not answering emails or answering phone calls which will ring a few times and then comes the busy signal.. Will be reporting them.

I did a restore on my pc and Microsoft has hijacked it. I have been trying for hours to undo this restore and can't. I cannot access my google docs. I had icons set up for ease and they have vanished. I can't find an easy way to contact them. I am furious that this has happened. I have never used BING and don't want to. They have ruined my internet experience. Just so that they can selfishly promote their products. This should not be allowed

bandwagon jumped i guess by a company who cares NOTHING for the environment by forcing the trashing of millions of perfectly able computers because it doesn't have TPM2 that isn't needed by any other superior operating system.

switch to Linux people and free yourself from these lying parasites.

Could you be any MORE annoying Microsoft?? I hate searching via Edge. I've set Chrome as my default browser - I don't get Google as the search engine - I get Yahoo - simple fix - go reset the search engine - but I cant as for whatever genius reason, someone decided that they will remove this option so people can't have freedom of choice. Life is stressful enough without you messing us around with incredibly annoying moron moves Microsoft.

Just purchased, downloaded and installed Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus for Windows PC. No problems. Everything is up and running. License key worked flawlessly and when I check the version number in the various apps - they show 2021. Happy camper. LOVE the price!!!

I purchased Word online and when it was downloading it came up with a message saying it might harm my computer so stopped the download as I didn't feel safe completing it. I immediately sent emails to cancel my order immediately but they refused. Actually I wouldn't give them any stars.

The phone number on the Website just responds with "Call Rejected" ????

MS New Outlook for Mac just doesn’t work properly. In order to fix issues the best they can suggest is making use of the MS Cloud. The product is not properly designed or tested and simply does not handle email accounts that use IMAP settings in the way it used to. I have reverted to the legacy product but feel I am being short changed. The support was abysmal with the off shore support person expecting me, as a customer, to understand the technical speak they were using. Transition from one version of a product to another should be seamless. MS have rolled out a product, it for the first time, that is not fit for purpose.

The key they provided happened to be the wrong one (as confirmed by Microsoft support). When I asked for help with installation of Windows 10, they provided no help whatsoever, instead kept sending references to other providers' installation guides. Had to ask several times for the refund. 2 weeks from the date of purchase - still waiting for my refund.

Just sold us a non-working Windows 10 product key. This is NOT Microsoft, the makers of Office suite and Windows products. Microsoft does not sell individual license keys, so DO NOT buy from this scam site!!!!

Use the MS website for your download. MS updates can make the link they give you inoperable. It was smooth sailing once I used the code on the MS website and the tech responded shortly after with a different solution. I think mine would be the easier route.

Last 6months 2 times i use MS-support. Longest waiting time 20mins. Problem/issue solved In 2 cases about 10mins. For me all was fine!
