Lieferterminverschiebung

Lieferterminverschiebung - 0726678002. Never again, very poor client experience. Web states that shop deliver in 4 working days. After 4 working days they informed me (of course after I have contacted support to asked where is my order) to wait one month. Is that company seriously treats their clients. It's worth 0 stars !!! Update: I have waited enough, cancel my order and refund me immediately. There would be no next order!

non-compliance with the delivery date

The TV was delivered but not on the expected day.
I ordered on Friday and was supposed to be delivered the same day with “notime”. Friday at 6:30 p.m. (after closing and therefore difficult to contact anyone), I received an email telling me that the TV will not be delivered by “notime” but will be sent by post.
I'm really disappointed as I placed the order only because it was to be delivered the same day (it was a gift so I needed it the same day).

Very negatively impressed by the…

Very negatively impressed by the delivery! Ordered Thursday afternoon and still not get the package after several attempts to find a solution with both Swiss Post and the Ecomm.
I even offered to pick it up myself despite having ordered with the Next Day Delivery solution. Last time I order form them

Murder!

Murder! An office chair that my wife bought on microspot has defect and caused my wife an accident, she fall back and after one month, had a miscarriage. This defect seems known by microspot in advance since instead of sending a new chair, the sent only another chair body without feet and asked me to mount it. the thing is that this chair body is a second hand very used, and the old defect chair which is very heavy is still let at my home. I asked them to send a completely new chair and recycle the old one. 6 Months later still NOTHING!!! You knew the defect and you still sell it! And you cannot move your a** to solve a problem within 6 months?!!! MURDER!!!!

Microspot contacted me this morning, and I think we have resolved the matter, as we now know where the delivery is. Many many thanks.

Ordering, paying, waiting,waiting, waiting, checking and no product. No immediate cancelation possible

I placed my order and paid for the product on 07.08.2022.

I got zero information/update since then so I called microspot.ch 5 days later wondering what happened.

During the call I learned that the product could not be delivered at the moment and microspot.ch have no information on when it can be delivered. (Yes, I have to make a call to get this information.)

During the call I tried to cancel the order and microspot.ch confirmed that they could not confirm it immediately. - I am supposed to wait 1-2 days until the cancellation will be confirmed.

So, I don't have the printer because microspot.ch forgot to warn me that they could not deliver but also, I cannot order it somewhere else, because I don't have the confirmation that the order has been properly cancelled. (Yes , I don't want to end up having 2 printers.)

In the meanwhile microspot.ch is sitting on my money, CHF 363.

And this is called a process and a service.

Breaking shocking news: After the call I wrote an email to produce record of canceling the order.
And what happens then? - Few hours later I got a confirmation that the printer has been sent to me, arriving soon. Confusing?!

Still waiting for my order and no news about it.

Ordered a Fujifilm X-S10 camera with a XF 18-55mm zoom lens kit on July 28th. I was told that the package would arrive by August 9th. I was planning on receiving it on time for one of my work assignments. It is now August 9th and I still haven't received any information whatsoever about the package. In fact, the package hasn't even been shipped yet to the store for pickup. Worse, the article (no: 0002552921) is not even showing up anymore on the microspot.ch website, which makes me believe that I may never receive it. I emailed 3 days ago asking for an update but I haven't received a response. I'm seriously considering a refund at this point, especially given that my work assignment has now been cancelled due to the lack of communication and professionalism from microspot. I spent so much money on this camera and I'm mad that I have to deal with this kind of situation.

Item not delivered

After a long delay before shipping, they are saying they handed over our item to Swiss Post more than 2 weeks ago. We confirmed with Swiss post that they never picked up our order. Even the tracking number is showing that it wasn’t handled by Swiss Post at all. What is happening?!? Please refund us, we will go buy it from a reputable place.

To be avoided if possible

We are entitled to a re-imbursement that they have been saying will take a few weeks, it's now been 3 months and they are just not keeping us in the loop at all. Will be getting legal help now, microspot is to be avoided at all costs. Just not worth the hassle when you need their support with faulty purchases.

Ordered iphone 13 received SE

Ordered iphone 13, received SE. I had to send to them back and only then the right one was sent. Customer service is bad, not a clear answer.
Will never buy from them.

Why do I have to go to the post Office to send it back ? it is not my fault. Funny thing you use B post.
The worst part is that I have to wait for them to resend them to me again. That means it took 1 week waiting time. not a single reimbursement.

Delivery very fast

Delivery very fast, price very competitive much less than the concurece. Just pls to make batter the packaging, the original one was inside a bigger one without any protection. The original box was "shaked" inside the big one. Fotunatelly no damages.
