The company has a wonderful selection of products. The shipping is incredibly fast, and trouble free. They are a wonderful company to do business with.
Lies about the same day delivery schedule. After failing to inform me the monitor would not be delivered on the same day, they rescheduled the delivery to t + 2. Support your independent stores instead.
The usual excuse was given about delivery times not being guaranteed. The only point to use an online retailer like microspot is having some security about delivery times.
Unsuprising attitude as their parent COOP, has the largest profit margins of any supermarket in Europe with very little quality difference....
I ordered the item, I was interested in, at 14:47 on a Tuesday afternoon and I got the microsoft parcel on the day after, in the morning!
Ordered two items in January - delivery was quick but one was the wrong item.
Contacted microspot via telephone, email and TrustPilot. Although they were responsive and polite, it was always that they will look into it and get back to me, which they did not do for two weeks.
After being disconnected during the third telephone call to follow-up, a new customer service person who answered was extremely helpful and straightaway sorted out the replacement delivery for the next day, even before I returned the wrong item. If only all their customer service is like this!
Having read other reviews, I did not have high hopes of getting this resolved so quickly. The bottom line is that it depends on who handles your case. I must say that I will give microspot another chance with my internet purchases in the future.
I have oredered a back pack to carry my children. The article was displayed as available as fast shipping the same day.
After a week I didn't receive anything and the shipping company said that they didn't receive any package from microspot. I have contacted via email the support of microspot but nobody is coming back with an explanation why this delay. Very bad service, and bad experience. I won't buy there anymore in the future.

I ordered a product (keyboard) from Microspot.ch and never received it, when the bill arrived I called their support and explained that I was not willing to pay for the bill before the package arrived. They simply explained that their partner apparently delivered the package and that it was my problem now to figure out where it was and get in touch with the police and my insurance. No help whatsoever was offered, absolutely disappointing. This company should not exist in Switzerland and I hope they do not continue their business much longer because there are so many people complaining about their terrible service online. Stay away from this company and its service.

Longtime customer here. At the end of November 2020 I've bought (and paid) a laptop and, knowing that covid-19 impacted electronics supplies, after several months patiently waiting I wrote an email to microspot.ch support asking for updates. I've never received a personal answer, so after 2 weeks I wrote another one. As a result, several days later I received an automated email with a new expected delivery date. When I complained about their lack of personal communication still I didn't get an answer. Then I wrote that I wanted to cancel my order as they never confirmed a precise date for delivery. After 2 weeks I got an automatic notification that my order was canceled.
That complete lack of communication is simply unacceptable and disgraceful. Never seen anything like that! Shame on you.
UPDATE: So 1 day after publishing this, I've been contacted by microspot. Incredibly zealous of them now that I made a public review. If their support had 1/100th of this readiness before they would have avoided this.
You say you will dispatch my only order number 0723577139 just today! When will I get it? Please write me and I must decide about my payment. I do not trust you anymore.

horrible customer service take forever to respond. Did not refund the correct amount.
Excellent experience, found what I needed in a few secs, price was the lowest I found in Switzerland, informations were clear, delivered the next day at the exact time I was told. 10/10 would recommend.
Placed an order on the 11/02 (product in stock). On the 16th received an email informing me that I won't receive my product until beginning of April.
Since then I have send about 4-5 inquiries but I have not received a single reply. Unfortunately, Microspot customer service doesn't exist or at least is certainly not part of their core values.
I had a smooth experience previously but now with this issue I will probably never order anything on microspot anymore.
I have asked to cancel my order but ... still waiting for a feedback.

Excellent! Next day delivery. Everything good. Even during the pandemic when many companies are using this as an excuse for their inadequate service. Not Microspot!
Smooth check out and delivery. The product I ordered was cheaper in Microspot and I never order before from here. So thought I might as well try it.

i am happy with the external hard disk, it was a good deal. the only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that in the description of the product was not mentioned that the HDD needs power supply.
Really fast the delivery, I thought it will be the next day but I got a link to trace the delivery and received the same evening at 19h30! Really nice the service of Microspot! Keep the great work guys!

I placed an order on 01-02-2021 order number 0724007673. I only placed the order after I got confirmation from the customer service and from the technical support after also discussing with them the compatibility of the hard disk that I will receive my order on the next day 02-02-2021, even though it was also showing on the website that I would receive my order on the 2nd of Feb but since it’s an urgent matter I called for a double check-up. On the 2nd of February, I contacted microspot to ask about the status and that I did not receive my order. The lady I got on the phone was also wondering why I didn’t receive my order and I explained that my hard disk on the server is failing and I am risking every minute. She promised to send my order on the 2nd and that I will receive my order today on the 03-02-2021. What I never expected from such an enormous company promising a great service has happened, even today my order status is still not changed and I called again. After telling the story and waiting for a couple of minutes, I got informed that they will TRY to send my order at the end of this week. What trust relationship is this between a client and Microspot? Everyone that promised me I would receive my order on time turned out to be deceiving me as a client how trusted this company. I am risking my server hard disk failure because some employees or a company can’t take their job seriously and inform the client with the right answer from the beginning but instead they try to make stories around their delay and eventually they forced me because of their behavior to cancel my order. I didn’t even receive one word of apology for the LOW service they provided me with. I never expected that I would ever have a service like this.
I am disappointed and I could have waited on my order for one or couple of days but to hear that they will try to send it at the end of this week which mean that I would receive it the following week if the promise turned to be true is unacceptable.
