Long story short: stay away!
We bought 2 vintage chairs on October 2024. The chairs were delivered damaged.
We provided pictures of the damages and we requested a full refund.
The company refused to provide a full refund unless we return the chairs at our own costs.
Something that we refused to do, since we have already paid for the shipment to receive the chairs.
We were willing to return the 2 chairs, at MidAgeVintage costs.
Eventually the company proactively sent us 2 new chairs, unfortunately these 2 new chairs were damaged as well. As we have shown them again with pictures.
We requested again for a full refund of the 2 chairs that we bought.
The company is refusing to fully refund us unless we ship back the 4 chairs at our own costs.
Something that we are still refusing to do since we believe the company should cover for the shipment costs of 4 damaged chairs that they sent us.
We are willing to return the 4 chairs at MidAgeVintage costs.
It is June 2025 and we still do not have a solution. We tried to amicably solve it with the help of ECC with no results. In addition this company is making false and dishonest claims, as we can prove with the full correspondence that we have with them.
