Midday delivered mediocre work and service. Nothing terrible, but nothing exceptional either. The work would get done, but we had to constantly ask for updates and stay on top of them to ensure tasks kept moving. It felt like they cut corners often. For example, when translating Figma designs into web pages, alignment and spacing would be off on the final landing page, or there would be errors we'd have to find and tell them to correct. We also felt the Midday team needed a lot of step-by-step guidance to get certain web development tasks complete, which made working with the team very time-consuming.

I'm rebuilding my entire website as my company grows, and Midday's team is leading the way and will manage the website when it is done. My experience so far:

We've been working with Midday for a few months now, and we couldn't be happier. Our dedicated developer, Dhruv, is always quick to respond and delivers only high quality work every time. We typically require only development support but I was shocked to see they brought in a sr. Designer to help with a UI task once. It was delightful and much appreciated.

The subscription model has made things a lot easier for us budget wise. makes it more predictable on our expenses and provides us ease of mind knowing we’re not hiring a full timer or even a part timer to support us

A few things on the software side can use improvement, for example the email notifications from their dashboard aren’t the most intuitive , but overall we’re really happy with the results and i am excited to see how the company will continue to learn.
