Caron was so helpful and supportive when trying to find a scooter for my dad. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and she was really knowledgeable about the scooters. Nothing was too much trouble

From the moment we stepped through the door we was greeted by Zack, who welcomed us in to the show room. Showed my dad the mobility scooters and put the biggest smile on my dads face, which is the best thing ever.
We really couldn’t have been better served. Zack was extremely knowledgeable of the scooters, showed us how to dismantle and lift the scooter and my dad was able to ride the scooter. We made the best choice with the help and advice of Zack for the scooter for my dad.

My mum and dad brought a chair each from your Plymouth branch 3 years ago,my mum’s chair stopped working.i phoned to get it repaired and spoke to Jenny
She said someone could come out 2 weeks later,I explained to her that my mum was 85 years old and needed the chair to stand up ,she arranged for home serve to come out they had to order a new motor and Jenny ordered the part on the same day .it was fitted 3 days later.Jenny was very helpful and done everything she could to get the chair repaired, her customer care was excellent and should be recognised for how she helped my mum

Rhoda in the Burton branch putting everyone at ease and then explained everything about the bed which my mum was interested in. The service she gave was second to none.

We took my Mother to the Newport branch and was greated by Paul.. he was extremely understand and empathetic towards my mother's needs.. he couldn't do enough for us in finding exactly what we were looking for.. we was lucky in finding the perfect chair which they were able to deliver next day... Wow i can't fault the service.. well done..

RYAN FROM BRIERLEY HILL was brilliant..i was looking for a stroller with a seat..he went through everyone in the showroom and explained everything about each one. He was very informative pleasant and easy to talk to without feeling self concious. He offered tea and coffee too. Ryan made sure i got exactly what I wanted and needed..and without being pushy..he was so helpful..i came away feeling very happy and contented. It felt like a proper personalised service. I now go out with my stroller feeling comfy and confident. Thank you Ryan. Best service ever.

Visited the Exeter branch where we were greeted with a big smile from Nick. He was so helpful and after questions, demonstrations we finally chose a chair that suited my husband. Thanks Nick we couldn’t have come to that decision without your help

Purchased a automatic scooter. Was delivered, scooter wasn’t charged was on empty and handrails missing, which are required by me.
Was told they would be delivered the next day. Still waiting for parts and engineer to fit them several days later. At moment I have a scooter that I can’t use, weekend is here to try it out. Not impressed having spent nearly £3000 on an expensive top of range scooter. No one returning my phone calls.

Stephen Rowe came to see us ref, purchasing a chair, I really have to say he was absolutely amazing, the kindness he showed and professional way in which he conducted the sale was second to none.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have had excellent service from start to finish. The salesman, Ricky, was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. The delivery date was as stated and the quality of the product looks amazing.

I bought a bed from Middletons, service was brilliant - I had a home visit, discussion and ordered my bed. It was delivered and the chaps that brought it did a great job of fitting & installing. Now unfortunately, a year later I'm having to move. I rung middletons and asked how do we book the chaps to come dismantle and move to my new home - they don't offer this service, they expect me a disabled person and my sister and brother in law to take the bed apart, move it and put together again in my new home.I've had the assembly instructions sent so we can 'work backwards' to dismantle!!
The customer service staff had never had the question asked and had to check with supervisors. I'm not blaming the staff, I'm blaming the company, surely they should take into consideration a move to a new property may have to be had, I've been advised to 'phone someone local, we have and they won't do this for us as should anything happen they don't want to invalidate the warranty!!!

We were looking for a riser/recliner chair. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to help us find a chair that was just right.

Excellent service from Josh today. No pressure and made my parents feel very comfortable. Took plenty of time to answer all questions.

I visited middletons at stoke john was so helpful I needed a chair and he went through everything with me he was so well informed and had an answer to all my questions. I got my chair and now I can’t wait until it’s delivered.

Went to the Plymouth store today to get a walker for my mother in law.we met with Caron who was a lovely knowledgeable lady who went above and beyond to help with the right purchase and provided us lots of extra information that is so helpful.. brilliant service and an asset to Middletons.

1st class service from a lovely young man called Nicholas.
We had a coffee and a chat, and delt with our enquiry in the most professional way.

Excellent service and help from Caron. Explained I already have a son in a wheelchair and now husband so cannot push 2 people but had to fit in the car and I had to be able to lift it. Nothing was too much trouble. Need a tracking device on the husband now to find him. So pleased

Gail was absolutely brilliant. Couldn't have asked for better service. Dad was able to have a ride on the scooters. Gail made us very welcome with Tea and cakes.

The kind assistant Kim showed me the type of chair I was after and explained to me the benefits of ordering different types of chair and recommended in her opinion which she thought would be best for me. She spent a lot of time going over all the aspects of the chairs and wasn’t in a hurry to push me out the door, really helpful service! Would highly recommend to others.
