Newport Store, Malpas Road
My mother purchased a folding mobility scooter from the Newport store. I took my Mum to the store and both Paul and Ann were really helpful in advising my Mum on which type to purchase and she was able to try out the scooters in the shop. They did not have one in stock at the time but she did not have to wait long for her new scooter to arrive - she is really pleased with the service she received.

Katie at Radyr - 5 stars just aren't enough! She was exceptional with my Dad and reassured him with every breath she took. Her knowledge on the products were second to none. She was absolutely outstanding and gave a description of each scooter he looked at. She helped my Dad choose the right product for him and asked about his medical conditions so that he was getting everything he needed from his purchase.
Katie also helped my Dad out a couple of days later when he took a folding walking stick down. (Not purchased from the shop). It had jammed and was difficult to open, but she sorted it for him and even put a clip around it so that it was secure for him in the future.
She was also very honest and had been trying to contact my Dad due to the fact that she owed him money. My Dad always pays in cash and she'd miscounted by £10. He was very thankful, as he didn't even realise he'd given her too much. We can't praise Katie enough, she really was absolutely fantastic!

I bought a scooter from the Swansea branch today. Lella, who plainly knows her stuff, explained everything about the machine, guided me closely as I drove it , and made light work of the paperwork etc. Superb service on the part of someone who obviously knows her stuff. Misleading Sales Technique and Online Information
Ordered a Windsor Waterfall Rise and Recliner chair from Richard at the Cannock store on 26/08/22 at a cost over £3000 due to having the high leg lift option.
Richard very helpful in store and quickly taking payment and I stressed at the time my dad requires this chair urgently.
Due to Physiotherapy not able to assist until this chair arrives. Need the chair ASAP and was told 6 weeks delivery.
Imagine my surprise today when looking online to see the exact same chair with a 48 hour delivery on Middletons Website!
Same chair, fabric the lot. I called the Cannock Store and spoke to Herman. Who claims I ordered from Coventry - and its a different chair online, different fabric.
I pointed out the specification is the same so then he told me well we no longer sell that particular pattern (I've ordered this specific pattern and at no time have I been told its discontinued) not to mention it was ordered in Cannock not Coventry.
Herman's next approach was to point out 8 week delivery as stated on the invoice which had to be signed electronically instore on an ipad where you stand no chance of reading any small print such as delivery date. And 8 weeks is no use whatsoever and I stressed this instore to Richard when the order was placed.
Someone from Customer Service rang a few days after ordering and yet again I stressed the urgency of delivery and pointed out if its not here in 6 weeks they can cancel the order and issue a full refund!
So between Richard and Herman I've paid out a lot of money for a chair that has been sold under false pretences and neither could care less. Middletons I would not recommend you if this is your level of service. Rise and Recliner chairs are a necessity through being left with no mobility not a luxury item and therefore you'd think would require some level of urgency.
Not to mention your own website states one thing in writing and yet your staff claim a very different narrative.
So who should discerning shoppers believe as I don't even know if my chair will arrive let alone what fabric it's covered in.
Please advise Middletons, I await your urgent investigation into this matter.

Had quite a few issues with my wife ‘s machine and got quite frustrated, main problem I found was every time you ring up you get a new Customer Service operator who knows nothing about the problem and has little authority.
Then I spoke to Kirsty Knight , 48 hours and everything resolved Exchanged Scooter and after 5 months a happy Customer

9 month delay in order.
We ordered a mobility scooter and riser recliner chair on 13/01/2022.No issues with the scooter ,However, the riser recliner arrived at the end of March 2022 ,and was the wrong width .We reported this on the day of arrival, and now on 22/09/22 are still awaiting the replacement .Everyone has blamed everyone else for the delay. We have had no apology or explanation in writing, we have spoken to eight different customer service staff ,When I asked the name of the Company Director the member of staff said she didnt know!!. Completely disheartened with the service we have received .May I add that the original consultation with Kim in Cardiff store was excellent .She is truly a credit to the company .Customer services however, have many training issues that need addressing particuarly when dealing with people with disabilities.

Couple of minutes after requesting brochure cold call.
As there are no prices on their site (and I know what specs I'm looking for) I filled in the form to get a brochure (probably no prices on there either) and within minutes I had a call from them. I just said that I didn't sign up for a phone and ended the call. This put me right off! I'm not scared of the prices, just want to know if they've got anything near what I'm looking and what's the price without a salesperson pressuring me.....
