Service is scumming me. Where is the warranty?
I bought the Dual mike wireless Bluetooth product though their site on black Frida. It come at 09 December. I opened it on 10 December worked for 3 hours. The next day it was dead. No on and no charging. I opened ticket and they told me to speak with the shop that i bought it and closed the ticket. I opened new and explained them that I bought it from the site of midland europe. They answered to me that i have to send it back and to refund me. I told them that I don't want refund but a replacement and they told me that they can't do that. And all of these of course because I bought it on goos discount on black Friday. Brand new costs 130-140 euro and i bought it for 68 euro. So they wanted to give me refund and buy a new one at 140 euro. Their service sucks and they are cunning so that you pay more money. All products based on European standards have a 1-year warranty, if not 2. So where is the warranty? From me is a big fail this and they scammed me.
