Visited the store, 2 hours away from me, saw pics and reviews showing there are parrots available to see and purchase, lady shut us down straight away, and while walking back to the car I could hear macaw screams, should have just said she didn’t want to show us the birds
I recently ordered an item on the website and never received the item but was charged a delivery fee I emailed the shop to explain and there response was they had refunded and to recheck my bank which I did and I never received a refund I've since emailed the shop and have not had a reply which leave me to beleive they are ignoring my email so I'm leaving this reveiew as I wouldn't want someone else to fall victim to loss of money.
