Just had my van fitted out with midlands valeting vans and I couldn’t have asked for a better service i collected the van today and was exactly how I imagined it can’t fault them at all and would recommend them to anybody who needs their services

Ross of midlands valeting vans is a fraudulent POS
Ducks and dives your calls, charges for equipment which is never given. Poor standard of workmanship and has scammed multiple valeters.
Came across midlands valeting vans on the internet and really liked their work. Saw the one other review and had some reservations, however I spoke with Ross and Jason and all my questions were answered professionally! There’s 2 sides to every story..
collected my van today and the work they have done is brilliant! Can’t recommend them enough.. they even came in on Sunday for drop off to help me out.. 5 stars for their service!!
Avoid this company, dishonest
Having visited Ross and being impressed with the work they do. We decided to get our van fitted out with them.
We received the quote which stated everything we needed and all top of the range equipment.
However when we came to collect the van which was late the build was sub-standard, The equipment we received wasn’t what was quoted for or wrong.
After communication with Ross we returned some equipment and was promised a refund. Unfortunately dispite our best efforts with calls, text messages and emails we’ve never heard from Midland Valeting Vans again.
This has resulted in us going to the small claims court that found in our favour and issued a CCJ as they ignored the court letters.
We are still awaiting the refund
