Excellent service couldn’t fault it. Had a customer with stubborn bitumen stains on the carpet. Gave them customers details and they kept me updated and when finished sent photographs of the finished clean. Would definitely recommend 5/5 excellent service

Got my carpets and rugged cleaned by Jermaine this week. I was amazed how clean they looked after and how fresh they smelt! Also the amount of dirt that came out of them in the water! Very good value and excellent service! Very efficient too and reliable. Recommended to family who are also getting them done as it’s such a good job. Five star! Proper deep clean by Midlands Carpet Cleaners
Booked a one-off deep clean with Jermaine and his team. The cost per hour was perhaps a bit dear, but all the tough work has been done, and I appreciate that they travelled to Leamington Spa all the way from Birmingham. Will be using their services on a fortnightly basis.

I would recommend Jermaine and his team.
Tenant left my rental in a big mess with strong stain and odour left on the carpet. Contacted Jermaine for a carpet deep clean. He and his team quickly did it. Carpet looked almost new. At first, there was still a bit of the odour as the tenants dog kept peeing on the carpet. Contacted Jermaine about it and he returned for a second clean without any fuss. He did a very deep clean for me without extra charges.
Jermaine updated the progress with me and sent me photos and videos. He also offered to help fixing some tiny bits. Much appreciated. Thank you to Jermaine and his team.

Great service. Had the carpets cleaned and then needed a touch up in a few places. Jermaine came back nice and quick and cleaned the carpets again free of charge, the carpet has now came up great and looking brand new!

Terrible Service
Beware: Vendor will delete all comms after a shoddy job, save your messages. Vendor will complain to Trustpilot if you leave a bad review, hence the fake 5 star reviews. He will break your doorways and scratch up your wallpaper and leave dirty watermarks on your curtains, radiators and other carpets!
Extortionate for the service you get! Don't believe the 5* reviews.
£80 for a 4ftx3ft rug that needed a light clean. Didn't view the rug or ask how dirty it was or when the clean was needed by, just a random number given as a quote. Booked because was available for the Wednesday AFTER Christmas as needed for a New Years party, but turns up on Tuesday Boxing Day without warning!
What you get for £80? Miserable customer service, no joviality or interaction with the customer, just stern abrupt two word sentences, didn't inspire me to interact as he was so moody. Sprayed a bit of Febreeze on the rug and vacuumed. Took less than 20 mins. Uses your water and electric, but you still pay £80. Dirty great big machine dragged around your other carpets, no car in doorways, will break door frames, plus letting the dirty hose drip all over your carpets after finishing the first vac.
Shop around, not worth the extortion, or that miserable feeling you're left with knowing you've been ripped off.
Had quotes for £60 and less from other local carpet cleaners who actually asked about the rug, with great communication and friendly service, they just couldn't do pre-New year. Wish I'd waited and not had this poor service. I guess you live and learn and understand some people live to rip you off. It wouldn't sting so much if the customer service was decent, I just feel disheartened by the whole experience, but the rug had an expensive facial so I guess that's something.

An exceptional experience, the one stop company to help with maintaining my Airbnb properties. My last guests left the property in the worst state, vomit everywhere and more.
