Now there’s a lot of people on here giving bad reviews saying they are hard and that they taste of lard… they are supposed to be hard.. you must be used to them puffy polystyrene ones that you can use as packaging. And if they taste like lard don’t you think that’s because they are made from PIG and probably 95% pig fat? Saying that my complaint is your paying £1.50 for scratching bits and less than half a bag at that. a rip off but still a lovely flavour.

Yes, customer service is as bad as their products. I bought two packs of pork scratches that were as hard as a rock. I wrote to customer service to double check if that is normal, and they assured me it is not how it was supposed to be and said "someone will get in touch with me". A few weeks later, nobody got in touch. I wrote again, and again the same story "someone will get in touch with me", but once again, nobody did. Poor business. 👎

vile snacks. chewy and taste of lard. One of the most expensive also. Dont waste tour money

Vile pork scratchings and poor customer service.
I contacted Midland snacks on the 20/08/2021 about how bad, stale and bitter their so called award winning tradition pork scratchings are and about the complaints I've had from my customers.
Waited...no reply.
I decided to email via their contact form again...no reply.
Still to this day no response.
Very poor quality.
This has happened three times now with the multiple packs, DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH.
NEVER AGAIN!
