I had to book parking for my son and needed a little reassurance. I called the online reservation number and the customer service I received was EXCELLENT. Very friendly, it was like talking to a friend. Im sad I cant remember the young ladies name but you helped me with adding the discount - you know who you are!!! THANK YOU!!!! I hope the parking is as good as they are.... time will tell.

Great customer service. We have used them for 12 years and never had an issue.

As soon as you check in at the gate the shuttle driver promtly drives towards where you park to pick you up to drive you to the airport.
The drivers are always polite and very helpful - they seem to really enjoy their job !!! Same goes for when you are returning, the shuttle is there at the airport to retrieve you without even having to call for them. The service is attentive to all your needs. We have been using Park Ride and Fly for more than eight years and can honestly say that the service is always excellent !

Using ParkRideFly for many years and have always been treated well and enjoyed great customer service. I always recommend for those who are not already familiar with their service.

They are always right there when you park your car. They take out your baggage and put it in the shuttle bus and you don't have to lift a finger. They same is true when you return to your car...you never have to move your luggage they do it for you. Drivers are always very polite. Have used many times and always happy with the service!!!! Would definitely recommend them!!!

The AARP website stipulates that I can receive a 12% discount on my Midway Park/Fly/Fly reservation. I entered the AARP discount code, but the 12% discount was not included on the total due.
