Been parking here for years. Wouldn’t even think of parking anywhere else! It’s a very safe lot and the people are always so polite. I lost a pair of leather gloves in the parking lot a few years ago and when I called the next day they found them and were holding them in the office!!! Great job folks!

Made my reservations via the telephone. The process was quick and the operator was very pleasant and clear in speaking with her about the process.
With in minutes I had my reservation completed and the email was sent with my confirmation number and further directions on what to do next.
Would do it again.

I got quick service both to and from the airport, and the driver was very helpful both times with loading & unloading my bags from the car.

Efficient, friendly, convenient service

Reasonably close to Midway Airport, excellent transportation between the parking lot and Midway, and transportation is often already there when I exit the baggage area. Otherwise, a quick call and they don't take much time at all.

Have used MidwayParkRideFly and recommended to friends, family and colleagues for years. I will say that for the most part, the service has been consistent, but every once in awhile, we get that driver with the bad attitude who drives like an idiot. The ladies at the gate are almost always unfailingly polite with a wicked sense of humor (which I personally appreciate at 4 am!). We ALWAYS tip the drivers, especially no matter how broke we are returning from vacation! Not the best neighborhood so we appreciate the efforts PRF goes to assuring our safety, Thank you for a good experience, a great value and for providing coupons.
