Not often I give 5 star reviews but Mark and Dave gave me top service and price today on some new gear. Well worth a visit as they offer a “different” motorcycle dealer experience. They are an Indian... See more

Garmin sat nav
I phoned Midwest Moto shop and got friendly helpful advice. I bought the Garmin from them as they were doing it at a good price and it soon arrived. Very pleased.
Do not buy a used bike from this place!
It's not very often I write negative reviews, but on this occasion, I have no choice.
I visited this dealership after seeing an advert on Auto trader for a Yamaha FJR1300. I made the trip from Northampton to Stourport-On-Severn, about an hour away.
I test rode the bike and after a discussion about trading my current bike in, agreed and shook hands on a deal. The bike had a puncture (one would have thought that this would be rectified before advertising!) and the side stand needed shortening as the suspension had been lowered.
OK. All good so far. I then rode my bike to pick up the new one. On arrival I was offered a coffee and bacon sandwich, a nice gesture. I then went to look at the bike and found that it had not been detailed as I would have expected. He said he could get it cleaned, if I wanted it! YES I DO WANT IT CLEANED!
I went upstairs to get the invoice sorted. After about 30 minutes, I asked what was going on and was told Mark just needed to check the invoice. It was wrong, so after another 15 minutes was told the same thing. I asked Jordan for the V5 so I could tax the bike, but he said no, not until the bike was paid for. Fair enough.
I then went outside to see Mark looking over my bike, holding his phone. I asked if there was a problem, to be told that the figures didn't add up and he could not do the price as originally agreed on. I said that we shook hands on the deal but again, he said he just couldn't do it. He then asked his wife to get his diary so he could check the figure. He obviously didn't write it down as it couldn't be found. I must have been having a bad day when we agreed the figure, he said!
At this stage, with anger flowing through my body, I asked for the keys to my bike, picked up the paperwork and left the dealership.
1. He didn't honour the original agreement.
2. He is not organised.
3. How can a dealership sell a dirty product.
4. Two wasted Saturdays.
5. Costs involved were fuel, messing around with insurance and returning a top box ordered for the bike.
I would not buy anything from this place, and, if you ever have the stupidity to do so, get EVERYTHING in writing as Mark probably won't recall what he had for dinner the previous evening.
UPDATE
Just viewed another bike with similar mileage from a proper dealer and cost of change is £3500 which is what was originally offered.
The more I think about it is that someone offered a cash deal on the bike and then the deception started.
Good reliable service would recommend

FTR Best service i’ve had buying a bike
I recently bought an Indian FTRs from the store after seeing it online. Mark contacted me and the ball got rolling. I had a Ducati Diavel Carbon and was really nervous about letting it go but i’d been watching all the reviews on the FTR and it just looked so much fun. I’m very spontaneous and while speaking to Mark i just thought “lets go”. I got a good deal on my bike an every box was ticked on the FTR (Racefit exhaust and which actually beats the “Termi” on the diavel). I live in London and Mike arranged the bike to get delivered to me in no time at all (great guy Graham who brought it aswell).
Now i’m going to be honest we did have some trouble as the new battery was dead and needed replacing (it did start at first but then wouldn’t charge). Now i’m a big believer in judging people when things aren’t perfect rather than when they are easy. The service i’ve received after this from Mark and his team has truly been outstanding and he’s left no stone uncovered. He’s organised everything from sending the new battery (TNT pissed it up) and help getting it fitted. He’s been in consistent contact with me daily and i’m sure he’ll never give another client his number again after this as i’ve sent more whatsapp’s about extras on bike colours than i’m sure he can handle hahah.
Now the bike is going it is the best most fun bike I have every had (Diavel, R9T, Triumph bobber black, Triumph Scrambler XC).
Mark thank you mate you’re an absolute legend and i hope we can stay in touch (i’ll have the bobber in a year or 2 😉).
Anyone looking to get a bike I honestly think you can’t go wrong with these guys, i’ll be buying again. *****

Fantastic product and service
Fantastic product and service.
I bought an Indian motorcycle t-shirt for my brother in-law’s birthday. There was loads of choice and prices were super reasonable. The t-shirt was dispatched the very next day and was received quickly. All in all a fantastic experience. Would absolutely use again and recommend.
My wife was looking to upgrade her…
My wife was looking to upgrade her Honda Rebel for the Indian Scout Bobber. Mark and the team had no hesitation in releasing a brand new stock bike out onto the road for her to test ride with no commitment !!
The test ride went well and the Scout was purchased.
Well worth the two and half hour drive down to Midwest Moto
Easy order
Easy order, fast and free delivery. Excellent when you can't visit in person.
AS IF A POLITICIAN GOT INTO RETAIL BUSINESS
I almost became a costumer at Midwest Moto Shop, but unfortunatelly they left me on the hook here. Not really a trusworhy company after all. A little while back I left my item in the basket, still thinking about buying it as a christmas present, couple of days later they urged me through emails to buy it. Finally I took the chance, because the price was good, so I finished the process, ordered and paid for the item. But instead of shipping it they cancelled my order saying the pricing of the item was not right, it is now unfortunately a lot more expensive. Now I have no seat and no chrismas present.
Update 2020.12.22:
It sounds good, but unfortunately not true.
Here is my last email to you:
"Hello Jordan,
I know how bad this is, but I walked into the trap and you urged me to pay for the things in the basket. And now I have no money and no seat for Christmas. I am also a trader, only I sell services, and was it that I made a mistake or my agent made a mistake. It hurt me financially to solve it. Only me are rated by the local business community, not the Trustpilot - I think the local is harder.
It's your decision..... Tamás"
And your las email:
"Hello Tamás,
Sorry but that's all I'm able to offer you.
If you are happy you can re-order it here at the correct price:
1920 Solo Rider Saddle Seat Desert Tan KIT – Midwest Moto Shop
Many Thanks,
Jordan"
So your "suggestions" to me was to pay the changed price..

Nice hoodie, good price
I bought the top as a Christmas present. It looks great and arrived when expected.
EDIT: I would have given 5 stars, but for the shipping: £6.50 shipping, for a delivery by Hermes, who missed a pickup from their depot and delivered late. On the same day I ordered from another dealer and got free next day shipping.

As it should be
Love it when things go to plan
One phone call to make order
Three days later a parcel arrives that I could track
Plan and simple
