Called customer services twice today!!
Called customer services twice today to see if they had the hulk smash gloves in stock. The first guy to spoke to cut me off when he put me on hold. The lady I spoke to after mentioning I was cut off she put me on hold again to speak to the Solihull branch it was taking so long to get a response I hung up. Really annoying I don't understand why it took so long to get a reply to a simple question.

My favourite shop , love the clothes I buy, and the online side is very good, very quick, got seven pairs of jeans from them, good quality for the price, and the staff at my Oxford store (clarenden) were very polite and helpful. I will buy from them again, the two ladies working in the kids dept were very helpful
