Unprofessional service

I recently purchased a product from Mielle Organics in March 2023, I am in need of an official invoice for my records. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I have not received the required invoice. This lack of response and failure to provide proper documentation is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope this review will prompt Mielle Organics to address this issue promptly and provide better customer service in the future.

Order placed on 11/27/2023, no products received til today 02/01/2024…

I placed an order on november 27th 2023 on mielleorganics website, until today february 1st 2024, I still havent received anything and my order statur still says 'unfullfilled'. I contacted their CS more than 5 times to follow up on the order, they always update me with the same message (saying they had an issue with the delivery process due to high volume of orders but it should be fixed . allow 10 to 15 business days to get order).I was tired waiting for no reason, I reached out to them for a full refund. No solution was found until today, 2 month and 3 days after transaction. this is unacceptable. They lost me as a customer, I will never order from them again. this is the baddest e-shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life.

Unreasonable shipping times

Along with the other reviews. I ordered on 11-27-23 and it is now 12-11-23. Nothing. Unacceptable. If you don’t have the product, you should not sell the product. This will be the last time ordering or purchasing this product

I wish I could give them a zero star…

I wish I could give them a zero star rating. I placed my order on Black Friday (11/24/2023) here it is 12/08/2023 and I still haven’t revived my order. That’s two weeks ago to the day. My order says it’s still processing. I’m not understanding. I’ve emailed them several times and called. Calling is no help. I had to search high and low just to find the customer service number and it said they’re closed. What a surprise. Their policies sucks and I can’t cancel my order. Had I know all of this I would have just gone to the store and brought the items. I’m very unsatisfied and will NEVER order online from them again.

Horrible processing & shipping

I wish I would’ve read the reviews about shipping and paid close attention to the shipping details on their website because had I known to their processing time alone takes 10-15 business days I would have never ordered from this company. I Placed my order Saturday 11/25/23 my order is still processing today is 12/6. I emailed CS they said it take 10-15 BUSINESS days JUST to PROCESS the order so 12/15 will be the 15th business day THEN I’ll still have to wait for the shipping process. Never EVER again! Also make sure you read the shipping & returns carefully.

Mielle working its “magic”

Their Rosemary Mint Wash day Bundle has quite frankly ruined my hair. First off, my hair is relaxed. When I wet my hair it’s smooth but once I added the Rosemary Mint shampoo, it made my hair course. It was like the product was just sitting on my hair. After applying the conditioner and washing it out, my hair was tangled, matted, and dry. I cried as I combed through it, literally having to rip through my hair. There was no other alternative other than cutting it. I am so disappointed. All these five star reviews raving about these products and all they do is nap up and dry out hair. I am beyond pissed having almost reached my hair length goal just to have to start from square one. Thanks Mielle Organics (sarcasm).

Subpar customer service

I contacted Mielle Customer Service to let them know I didn't receive my order. (with documentation) Customer service was defensive didn't read or review my documentation I had sent and told me it was my fault I didn't receive my order. The agent clearly didn't read my email, and then had nerve enough to tell me what occurred, and what I did concerning my visits to the receiving store. Unbelievable!!! I just want to encourage everyone to support Kaleidescope and Tabitha Brown this brand Mielle is low Budget and no longer black owned. It is now owned by Proctor and Gamble and I now see why the service is no longer personal but transactional! Won't touch that brand ever again.

I will never order from them again

I will never order from them again! I been waiting on my products for a month now and still waiting. When I emailed customer service on the matter all I get is a bunch of bull. first they told me one of the products I ordered were out of stock and gave me a $5 credit. after two weeks I emailed them again and they told me my order would be shipped out that same day! That never happened. Two weeks later they tell me I owe them $6.39 after the order had been completely paid! NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. THEY WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW!!

Mielle Customer Service Complete failure!

I never received my type 4 box and other products I bought in early June. Had no idea I would have this much hell dealing with Mielle Organics. If they had the box in the store, I would have bought it from Walmart or Target, etc. directly! This is ridiculous! My account stated that my order has been fulfilled. What's been fulfilled?! Nothing has been fulfilled. Never received my products nor my refund. This is a shame! Someone said that the refund will be coming in 3-5 days and its approaching 2 weeks now! This is really unacceptable! I'm disappointed and upset!

Update: I finally received my shipment but was missing the detangling comb that was part of it.The company closed my requests for this so I guess I won't get my detangling comb. If they don't have anymore, they need to communicate that instead of lying to the customer saying it's on the way. Customer Service is 0 and I would advise anyone to go to CVS, Target, etc. to get the products and not get them via the Mielle website.

Tbh…a 1 star rating is too much…they…

Tbh…a 1 star rating is too much…they deserve 0 stars…period!! I made a purchase using their company website on 5/28/22 for $55 and it’s now 6/25/22 and I still haven’t received my order nor has it been processed…on the site it clearly shows paid but my order status is still showing unfulfilled…they have also since then taken the option of chatting with a representative off of their site completely and when you call the corporate office they refer you to the website for assistance…and on top of all that they refuse to cancel the order or give a refund. Their excuse is that they recently had a huge sale so processing time is longer than normal? A whole month! Absolutely unacceptable!! Update: today 6/28/22 I got 2 emails back to back from Mielle organics as if I was on their website and they were chatting with me but that is absolutely not the case…DO NOT ORDER ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SITE!! They are a SCAM!! Just read the rest of the reviews and you will see!! This is NOT a 1 time event!! You should report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!

Will not order from them again

Will not order from them again. They are unprofessional.
They have T&C on the site but do not uphold it.
Purchased an Item they said 1-7 days processing even sent me this via email after the time passed and no update received and no shipping details I contacted them and suddenly they need 14 days to process the order ( not ship) just process. They say they made a lot of sales so need more time and if I do not want to wait .............. They will not cancel or refund. They are so unprofessional they even sent me a response to another customer's inquiry with another customer's details. Sadly they really think they can just screw people over and get away AS if Chargeback does not exist. They will harm their business the more chargebacks they receive. Good luck to them

Mielle has truly impressed me with…

Mielle has truly impressed me with their commitment to support customers. I ordered a bundle product and it was an incorrect order. They allowed me to not only keep the incorrect order but shipped the correct order with out having to pay additional costs. Their customer service mannerism was absolutely wonderful. I love their product and feel they are truly a customer-friendly business. They have my full support.
