Haven't gotten my package yet. It's been 8 days and just found out it's only now leaving China. Didn't know it was coming from China....a little angry it wasn't communicated. When I ordered the standard shipping I figured 2 weeks would be enough time to get a product. But very rarely have I ever had something show up in less than a month that originated in China....I wouldn't have bought their product through their site....I would have looked at Amazon or someplace similar. So yeah, I leave on Sunday for 2 months and will have to find an alternative plan.... then I get the genuine displeasure of returning this item because I will no longer need it

I purchased an item on the 24th or 25th of March details April 2nd I still don't have my item nor has it showed its been shipped yet what's the problem

I have tried to trace my order and still am not able too. I’m beginning to think this is a hoax!!!

I like the sun shirts a lot. They are effective & much better than wearing sunscreen.
I do wish you had them in petite sizes.

In looking for a lunch cooler, I needed something large (but not too large) with two beverage holders. This product met my requirements, and has outperformed my lofty expectations. The size is large, but not in a cumbersome way. It is slightly smaller than a hard cooler. The top handle is well constructed, and the fabric is lined with a durable plastic protector that is easy to grip. It comes with a shoulder strap, which I removed. The bottom compartment is large enough to accommodate a 12 pack of aluminum cans if desired. I primarily use it for a small individual crockpot and a coffee mug, and both fit easily and securely. The top is also roomy and I can securely place in pretzels and chips without worrying about them breaking. Finally, I require two beverage compartments for water and tea. The lunch cooler has a mesh bottom holder and a buckle strap to hold the top. It is probably the most secure beverage holders I've ever had. As an added benefit, while it is secure, it is easy to add and remove the beverage container, which is often not the case in other bags. Overall, I would highly recommend the product. The interior and exterior are durable and high quality, the bag is roomy but not too large for daily use, and the spacious double compartment interior is perfect for separating items. It is even versatile enough to use as a car cooler for long trips!

From a service perspective, MIER Sports was excellent. I received several emails throughout shipping, including when the order was placed, when it shipped, an email letting me know delivery was scheduled for the upcoming day, and when the item was left at my doorstep. While other reviews are accurate that it arrives flat, I put a few pieces of Tupperware in it when opening to fluff out the bag overnight, and it worked very well. I was able to use for lunch the next day!
