Dodgiest company i've ever delt with
Dodgiest company i've ever delt with. Avoid at all costs. The earphones are terrible quality. Any positive reviews here i'd guarentee are fake. They were super responsive before the sale. Post sale they said I could return the earphones to get a refund. I returned them, and now they are completely ignoring me without a refund. They should be shut down.

I settled for the Mifo 07 over Bose and am so impressed with these buds, 100 bucks cheaper than Bose, no Star Trek look and no protruding buttons just a nice tap. The packaging is very impressive and the charging pod is class with a nice feel of substance to it. The way the buds feel in your ears is like magic! Then the sound, magical! I have them in all the time and the battery life is spot on, I ride my bike to work and they are the best ever! Finally no more wires and weak battery charge. And from a new company, Mifo will be one of the best out there. Quality and value for money

Unforunately I've also been scammed by these guys now. Bought wireless headphones that broke in just a couple of months and they won't give a refund even though it's a legal requirement. Avoid at all costs.

I to wish i could give no stars for this company. The worst business known and the worst product provided. it was broken and screeched at me after 5 minutes and wouldn't stop. When i finally got hold of them they asked me to send it back to a different address and then then lost my return and refuses to provide me a refund. The customer service turn around email is about 1 monh and then denial that they even sold me earbuds. Terrible terrible terrible

Product is faulty, keep getting disconnected, and when tried to reach customer support, delayed response.
First they offered a replacement, then no response afterwards.
Fraudsters. Do not part with your money; you will not get a working product or a refund.
I would provide zero stars if I could. I bought earbuds based on a rave review in an online magazine. Clearly that was bullshit. Within less than two weeks of purchase, the earbuds stopped working. I asked for customer support, which just provided a set of instructions that clearly didn't apply to the product I'd ordered. I said so, and they offered me a replacement if I'd return the item. We went round in circles for a week with me preferring customer support that would rectify the issue, or a refund. All they could offer was for me to print out a packing label myself, and then parcel up the earbuds to send back to them at my own expense. And they gave no sense of a timeframe for when I'd receive a replacement. This is clearly a scam and I'm hacked off that I've basically been defrauded.
Terrible earbuds
Terrible earbuds. The charge does not last and most times when I charge it shows fully charged and when I go to listen it gives me a message please charge before use! So frutrating! never recommend this product! I bought a pair for my son and he threw it in the bin after a year!

The WORST shopping experience I have ever had in my life!! The absolute worst!
After 6 emails where I clearly identified that I want to cancel my other as I didn’t want to wait 2weeks for the item, as I needed it for a camping trip! So, after 6emails over two weeks, (while I was on holiday too) in each email I was very clear and they continued to try to entice me with a free item, and I CLEARLY declined 6x times, I receive the email this morning that they are shipping the order!!!! I am furious!!! Absolutely furious!!! I have never dealt with something like this in my life!

I've never had an issue with connectivity. The Bluetooth range on the Mifo AUS is strong and I dont lose the signal even when I'm on the move.
Not to be trusted.
Earbuds did not work, so I sent them back but dealing with the company has been difficult. There is an ACCC warning about this company. It has been more than a month since I returned them and no refund. Think this company is either poorly run or dishonest. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
Scammed
No communication, no replies to emails, no product. I’m down $129. I thought I did the right thing checking reviews etc, but got scammed. Do not even bother with buying anything from this company

I would rate less than 1 - bought the 05 Plus Gen 03 earbuds, they were so crap, with the most appalling sound quality. I had accepted the fact that I would have to lose 20% due to "restock fees" - they had replied to me that they would issue a refund, that I would need to provide a photo with tracking details. I did all of that, a month later, haven't heard from them. I guess I should accept i'm going to lose it all, and they can resell the product I just returned.
Would not deliver, refused to refund
Paid for earbuds, Mifo didn't send them & ignored all my emails. Once I'd lodged a dispute with Zip, Mifo said they'd only issue a refund if I withdrew my dispute (because you can't lodge a 2nd one even when they never refund you ). Mifo "did not accept liability", but thankfully Zip & Visa came through & refunded my money. Nothing but a scam company, leeches.
Purchased the smart watch
Purchased the smart watch. Worked so well until after two weeks it ran flat and just never charged again. Even had it charging over night and nothing. The more annoying part is their customer service they don’t get back to you. It’s been 3 weeks since I left two emails with no reply. I’d like to call but there is no contact.
Buyers beware
There is a Victorian consumer affairs alert against this company. Buyers beware as I got caught to a scam I didn’t realise. Look up online before purchasing.
Safe return of goods but MIFO is ghosting me
MIFO explained how to return my my waterproof headphones for a full refund. I sent them to the address requested - undamaged and still wrapped in their delivery plastic back in January. I was guaranteed a full refund within 14 days. I have followed up with numerous emails, the response from MIFO has always been the same - Thanks for your patience, we are working on it. They have acknowledged they have received my returned goods, but are now refusing to confirm a date for the refund. They have stopped answering my emails over the last 10 days. DO NOT BUY FROM MIFO.
