I ordered something back last November, the money went straight out of my account, and to this day haven't received anything, didn't even get an invoice. Would never trust or use this site again.

i was told pick up your own parcel from newcastle i ordered two items not one beware..

I purchase a doorbell similar to the ring and when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality. But, on the sales site it did not mention that I had to purchase 3 batteries and a charger that cost more than the bell itself. Also it did not state that I could not insert my own memory card. So it was returned the next day.
Very bad Mighty deals you need to revise your pages and tell the public if they have to purchase extras, I am very reluctant at buying anything from Mighty deals again

Lack of communication and inefficiency with delivering orders seems to be a very real problem with this company.

Do not use them. Taken money, no goods arrived, many letters sent and no feedback at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a con. They take your money & no voucher arrives. No details of a transaction having taken place even though it's on my bank statement. Trying to get money back is a nightmare, just an appalling service. DO NOT USE!!!

Ordered in November, a heated gilet jacket for relative for Xmas present. Item arrived before xmas....fine.
Relative opened the present on xmas day only to find that the pockets were sewn in "backwards" i.e. you have to put your hand in turning it backwards!

Made in China of course, but using the Mighty deals online contact form does NOT allow me to enter the voucher code. There's no phone number, and whilst the company is registered to an address in London, you have to write to an address in Cwmbran, Wales.
I'm write this off as a bad experience and never order from them again, despite the "bargains" email I get from them regularly. BAD COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Update 18th Jan: I wrote to supertrendinuk.com...the "real" supplier I believe, and with 2 weeks I received a replacement gilet after sending pictures of the problem.

I purchased two vouchers and two different mega deals.
Honestly absolutely totally crap.

Purchased vouchers for two items and paid shipping for each within a hour of voucher purchase but, after four weeks and several emails, no items received and no replies to emails.

I ordered 5 star projectors for my grandchildren “ supposedly” valued at nearly £40 I bought them for 6.99 plus a further 3.99 postage and packing EACH. What I’ve received in return is 5 cheap and nasty bits of tat. No instructions either as there is a small hole in the back by which you could plug it in if you knew what wattage was required. Please don’t order these as you will be totally disgusted. Not worth £2.00 even !!
I’ve been into another store today and seen some much nicer ones for £4.50.
I do agree this looks like stuff that’s been rejected by stores in a job lot. Don’t waste your money. I am still waiting for another item to arrive and am not Holding out much hope for that item to impress me either. IF it arrives. Doesn’t deserve 1 star but I had to put that rating in to write a review!!!

I ordered an offer from Mighty dealsfor either gold offer,silver and bronze . I orderd the silver offer. I received a candle set(not silver) when delivered it was thrown over the garden fence,consequently it was smashed. I need to return but seller will not tell me address where to send it to.All emails not replied to. I ordered the Bronze offer the last time and received a candle set that I threw in the dust bin. It looks as if they have a job lot of these candles,Seller conning their customers. They have conned me before,I orderd a weed killer, the gun and Butane gas. received gas BUT not the gun. Once again would not answer emails. I should have learnt my lesson. will not order from them again.Please be aware they are not a genuine seller.

I ordered some work trousers in a large, I recieved a pair of kids trousers.
Emailed Mighty Deals and was told to contact merchant 10 emails to merchant later and 8 to Mighty Deals and it is still not sorted.
I would not recommend buying from this site as they truly have the worst customer care service

Dog sh*te company selling cheap crap suff that if your very very lucky you might receive. Or you might not in most cases. Avoid at all costs. Absolute parasites

I have not received my order which was placed on the 3rd November

When I first ordered things was only now terrible still awaiting goods after 2 months .
Not like Ebay were its easy to review and complain. No replies from emails .
However they someone collect via Ebay very strange stay AWAY
