I ordered a ladies knitted jacket in January, to date I have not received it. They sent me a photo of a delivery to my house, which shows a small package delivered, but this item delivered by Hermes, was from another mail order company. I’ve tried to explain this but they keep insisting that I’ve received it. They refuse to give me a refund. This company is unreliable, I would never order from them again. Since my complaint I have heard from so many people who have had similar experience. Don’t buy from them!!

Awful plain awful.bought some trees that never arrived contacted them and was ignored . save yourself throwing money away and avoid at all costs .

i have been waiting since the 8th of feb for waterproof snow boots that have not arrived , i feel that this company as alot to sort out as this is the secound time i have not received my goods you would thought i would learn

Absolutely gutted. I bought oximeter and forehead thermometer a month to wait until now nearly 2mons nothing comes. Avoid!!!!!

Avoid them like a plague,I paid for 3 items with since January 2021 thank God l paid them with PayPal after so long l was able to get my money back .

ordered spy camera x2 in january and i have waited for 17 days now 18/02/2021. after looking at the reviews i know i wont be seeing those cameras.

Disgusting company, do not order from them! Their voucher system is a joke, I've been waiting for months for my goods to arrive and after contacting them by email several time, I've lost hope to ever receiving my goods or a refund. I would give a zero star rating if I could! Avoid avoid avoid!

Absolutely full of S...T wheres my pillows you crooks. The worst experience i have had shopping on line, pls stay well clear of these fraudsters, calmer will come to you.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! You think you buy an item but you actually bought discount vouchers... and be aware they can expair before you realise that.... so miss leading ... managed to apply my voucher and make an order, had to pay delivery costs... no tracking number or anything... nearly month has passed and still nothing

I ordered an excersize bike in the first week in January . It never arrived. I have asked for a refund but obviously they have not paid any money back. There customer service is virtually non existent, terrible short messages offering no assistance. Then saying the goods didn't arrive because i didn't supply an address , funny thing was you couldn't order unless you supplied an address .lesson learned on my behalf. Please please do not use this company.

Appalling service - once you've bought a voucher, they don't give a damn.

Having read all the reviews pertaining to this company, I went back and looked at the so called voucher. What I had not realised was that you neded the voucher to pay for postage and delivery. I thought that when it said order complete , after payment by credit card, that was it. The voucher is a hidden cost and not a (discount) voucher in the real sense as understood by majority of the public. I have not redeemed any voucher so I am assuming that my goods will not be delivered. I have cancelled 7 days after order .. well within the 14 days as stated by Mighty deals. I hope that I can get my refund ... having paid via a credit card.

I have purchased a couple of items with this company and they were ok. The buying process is hard work, having to buy the voucher, then pay for delivery, then redeem the voucher but it seemed worth it to get a cheap price.
The main reason for the 1 star is the complete lack of support when things go wrong!
I purchaed a hair curler for my wife and it arrived faulty so I completed the returns form. A few days later I got a short sharp email, stating the merchant would be in touch. 8 days and a follow up email later, no response!
I have now had to make a claim with PayPal and will never use Mighty Deals again.

I have not received 3 off my items that paid for this website is a fraud i have sent many emails but I do not get any response please don't buy off this website its rubbish

Shame 1 star has to be given.
What an awful experience, goods never arrived and all attempts to contact them were ignored. It is sites like this one that give on-line shopping a bad name. In short, nightmare of a company to deal with (suppose you could say a little unfair because it’s a company that make it impossible to actually deal with). Only good thing is I never have to use them again.

I have managed to get some response after sending email after email you have tomsend the inferior goods back to China but they will not pay postage according to consumer law they should return your postage from when you purchased them I will send the Gillet that needs a battery that’s not stated in advert the heated socks that made my feet peel and the the snow boots which are like a slipper I will be out of pocket but then I can unsubscribe and never buy from these sights again. Scammers.

What a load of crap ordered a coat the one I got was absolutely different to what I ordered will never ever order anything from mighty deals again

I can only imagine that the good ones were written by the company itself !
THIS IS A FRAUDULENT OPERATION .
The supposed “Original Value validation “ is nonsense. A watch they valued at £499.99 and offered at £19.99 can be bought elsewhere online for £6.00
The VOUCHER you then have to purchase for a further £4.99 makes no sense at all....just another way to scam you further.
I’ve reported them to my credit card company who kindly provided a full refund.
Do not touch this company and its numerous associated companies.
I have unsubscribed and blocked them and recommend you do the same!!!
