Ordered a portable projector

Ordered a portable projector. After 4 weeks, product never arrived. Contacted MP, they said the parcel had been lost in transit and they were sending a replacement F.O.C. This also never arrived. I contacted them again and they said the parcel had been held up in Customs. It never arrived. Submitted a claim via my credit card, claim was successful. Avoid this company..!

Do NOT order from these people

Their website promises delivery in 24-48 hours. After I ordered I heard nothing for several days and emailed them twice to cancel the order - I received no response.
I eventually received the wrong item over 2 weeks later.
They do not respond to emails.
Use at your peril.

No response to return an item

I ordered an umbrella through this company. The wrong item arrived and now I cannot get through to them to find out how to return it. I have tried emailing multiple times and have had no response. I have filled in a form on their website, no response and I have tried to call many times and no one picks up and the voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message. I have a month to return it apparently and that is fast running out!

10 days and waiting for DJI MINI 4 Pro fly more…

I ordered the DJI MINI 4 Pro fly more package for €620 on September 1st, 2025. Sent message requesting shipping info since I had not received it as of September 4th (website states shipping within 24-48 hours). On Friday September 5th they posted a tracking number but there is no info (maybe created label but not shipped?). No reply so I sent another message on Monday September 8th… still no reply as of September 10th! Stay tuned for late breaking updates…😡

09/23/2025: The drone was delivered on 9/15 and guess what? I ordered a DJI mini 4 Pro fly more and the shipped a DJI Mini 3 fly more... what?? Send another email asking for return instructions as they promise on their website... crickets... again!

11/4/2025: Soooo, I contacted my bank and asked for a chargeback and after about 30 days I got all my money back! What an ordeal, it was worth it in the end, they took £620 from me, robbing gits! Thanks Wise and Visa!

DO NOT USE!!!
Quite frankly if I could put 0 stars I would!!
A scam,quite frankly.
Took my money. ZERO communication and ZERO product 2 months on despite writing to them several times!
Absolutely dreadful and I am looking at ways to get them taken off the internet as they should rightly be to avoid others meeting the same fate.
Dreadful conduct, dreadful company
… and by the way the so called phone number given doesn’t exist!!

Scammers avoid

Absolute scammers,avoid,no reply to emails,sent cheap item, worth £20,when item was worth £645. Say they issued a full refund only received £20 refund filed a dispute with my bank to try and get money back

They are frauds be aware.

They are frauds be aware.. when i did review they contacted me that they will refund me and send me replacement. But its been 2 weeks now they haven't issue any refund or send a new one. Totally scammers

Money paid, no sign of order, no reply from Miglior Prezzo

I ordered from them on 19th July 2025, the payment for the order was taken on 23rd July, I received an email stating that the order had been shipped and the order was marked complete by them. The 'trace order' on their website says the order cannot be found using the order number, neither can it be found using the tracking number. Miglior Prezzo still refuse to answer.

Conn artist

Conn artist, keep well away! The parcel took months to arrive and when it did it was a completely different cheaper product. I paid for a DJI mini pro 4 and they sent a DJI mini 4k which is allot cheaper.
If you have ordered anything with them I recommend you immediately request a refund through your credit card company. Before any product arrives!

No Drone After a Month – Poor Communication and No Delivery

I ordered a DJI Mini 4 Pro drone from MigliorPrezzi on 25 June 2025 for £629, and over a month later, I have still not received the product.

After placing my order, I received a confirmation and a tracking details, which were useless as all they stated was to my order is confirmed. I emailed the company politely to ask about the status of my order (Order #4591) and only received one vague reply with no useful information. Since then, they have stopped responding altogether.

I’ve given them multiple chances to explain or resolve the issue, but the lack of communication and failure to deliver is completely unacceptable. I’ve now filed a dispute with my bank to recover my money and will be reporting them to UK consumer protection authorities.

I strongly urge others to be cautious — based on my experience, MigliorPrezzi cannot be trusted to deliver products or provide proper customer service.

I thank you for the reply however, i am disappointed by the lack of knowledge MigliorPrezzi has shown on the situation.
Firstly i have only received a refund after i put a dispute through my bank. I find it concerning that they will lie about that to try and save face. Secondly, If they would have communicated to me about stock delay's and about getting a refund in a timely manner then the situation would have been different but they did not and that should be concerning for anyone buying from them.

They are fraudsters

They are fraudsters, they do not send your item for over one week when promised within 24 hours.
When asked to cancel the order they ignore your request and only reply when the credit company gets involved due to breach of contract.
I recommend you do not buy from them but if you do, only use a credit card where your purchase is protected from fraud.
