We understand how frustrating delays and lack of updates can be, and we apologise for any confusion caused during the process. That said, since you have already received a full refund, we believe it is not accurate to say that you’ve been left without resolution.
Unfortunately, platforms like Trustpilot do not allow us to attach refund confirmations, otherwise we would be happy to provide the proof.
