I purchased sandals from them, took forever to get here and they don't fit properly. They say they sent what I ordered and will not offer refund just 30% off next order! I would never order from them again. There website does not have anything listed under return policy. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!

Zero stars would be more appropriate here. I ordered a robot penguin from these clowns and received merely a plush penguin that didn't even look like the one pictured in Migoogi's ad. Contacted them and they finally admitted the error after I sent them pics as comparison but would only offer 5% refund and generous (in their eyes!) 30% discount on my next order...such a deal...NOT! Still in contact with them to see if I can get the actual product but doubt I ever shall. Luckily, I didn't lose as much money ($40) as some of the other ripped-off souls here. DO NOT ORDER from these con artists unless you enjoy disappointment and a thinner wallet!
UPDATE: The only response to my request for the actual product was an increase of 10% to the refund and 30% discount on my next order. I think Migoogi is Chinese for "Hi'ya Chump!"...sheesh.

They delivered late and the package was empty and completely destroyed. Only visible making was my address. No packing slip or origin of package. They flat out refused to credit me something I never received and have actually lied to PayPal. I will be filing fraud charges with my bank.

Scam scam scam scaming company

I came here to write a review, but literally all of these reviews reflect what happened to me. Wrong (and extremely cheap) straps were delivered and when I sent them the photos they requested they said I received what I ordered and offered me a discount on my next order. Stay away from this company!

I ordered the retractable ratchet strips. What I received were junk that I could have purchased for $5.00 at the local Harbor Frieght. They were not retractable and did not appear anything like the pictures they used for advertising. The pictures that this company used for advertising belonged to another legitimate company. The pictures even had the logo from the legitimate company shown on the straps. This company is a SCAM.

Unfortunately there are no zero stars. This company is a scam. Read all the reviews....they are all the same. I ordered the same retractable ratchet straps for Christmas and when they arrived AFTER Christmas, the package contained a maybe $5 cheap strap. What a scam. Stay away from this company. Their response was they investigated and the right product was shipped and to make up for it they offered me a discount on my next order. Hell to the NO on ever using this company ever again.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Ordered the retractable Ratchet straps for Christmas, received them late only to find that they were regular straps that I can get for $4.99. Should have read the reviews. Wrote about they offered me a 30% discount from my next order. I’m never using them again. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Ordered retractable rachet straps for a Christmas present. Did not receive until after Christmas which was about 6 weeks after ordering. What I received was nothing like what was ordered. Received just regular old cheap rachet straps. Awaiting response but pretty sure I got scammed. Don’t use this company.

I ordered retractable ratchet straps for Christmas, but received regular ratchet straps. Emailed the company twice but haven't received a reply.

Update: They got back to me and basically told me it would cost me more to return them since their office is in China and offered me 30% off a new purchase from their store. They said there was nothing they could do but take it into consideration for other customers 🙄 I didn't take their offer. Why would I trust to buy anything else? I filed a claim with PayPal. I won that claim. Total scam! Beware!

Wish I would have read these reviews before I got scammed out of $184. An absolute bogus company

Company is a complete scam. I ordered the retractable ratchet straps. We received regular straps. I've sent 3 messages trying to return and get my money back, which they are not replying to.

SCAM!!!!! Do not waste your time or money because what you THINK you're ordering is not at ALL what you will get.

I ordered permanent lights and received fairy string lights. The lights they shipped me are garbage and are NOT what I ordered. They will only offer a 25% refund. Very similar experience to other reviews. Do not buy from them, it's a scam.

I had a similar experience to another post. I ordered permanent lights and received fairy lights. I am still battling with their customer service and they are currently offering a 25% refund. All i can hope for is this review to prevent someone else from making the mistake I did by ordering from them.

Purchased the LED house lights - spent $500.00. They sent me fairy lights. Reached out sent photo of what I ordered and expected they said no no you ordered what you received - Fairy lights. We will not exchange but you can have 30% off new order. Who the hell spends $500.00 on fairy lights! I’m not spending any more money I want what I ordered. Terrible. Beware! Scam!

i bought halloween masks from this company , they advertised on tiktok. Video showed very life like realistic masks, What I received looked like something drawn by a 2-year old. Also the material is so stinky, I had to store them outside. They refused to take return or issue refund.
This company also operates on migoous.com domain besides migoogi.com
