Warning: MCCUSA Took Thousands Without Job Offer

MCCUSA said job offer is not required but took $11000 from me and other workers? I asked my friends who applied to other companies and they showed me job offer at the beginning. I have filed complaint to Department of Labor - Office of Perm Labor Certificate to investigate.

The EB-3 process of the client referenced in this review is progressing successfully. We believe this review is not authentic and was created to pressure MCA USA on an unrelated matter. Clients who have signed contracts directly with MCC USA can rest assured that their cases are being managed with professionalism and diligence, in full compliance with the EB-3 Visa Program. Nevertheless, for the sake of transparency with our clients and the international community, we will also address the specific concerns mentioned in this review below.

Reference this particular case, the EB-3 process is progressing well: the Labor Certification has been approved by the Department of Labor, and the I-140 petition is in process to be filed to USCIS, following the confirmation from the client to move forward with the case. These milestones reflect the effectiveness of our process and our commitment to your successful outcome.

Regarding the job offer document, it is not required at this stage. The form 9089 signed by all parties involved basically serves as that because it confirms the interest in offering and accepting the job. However, if the client has any request, our designated Account Manager at MCC USA is ready to arrange a call to discuss this matter more fully—and ensure the confidence in how we handle this account.

Unethical and Careless with Immigration Paperwork

MCCUSA handled my immigration paperwork very poorly. They submitted forms to the U.S. Consulate with serious errors, including missing middle name and an incomplete address. When I pointed out their mistakes, they refused to correct them and instead told me to fix the issues directly at the Consulate myself. This is unprofessional and shows a lack of responsibility for their own work. I have already filed a complaint with USCIS regarding their unethical business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Dear Thuy Nguyen,

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We take your concerns seriously, and at the same time we are glad to highlight that your case has moved forward efficiently, with successful approvals at each step.

- Your EB-3 case is progressing well:
- Your Labor Certification has been approved by the Department of Labor.
- Your I-140 petition has been approved by USCIS.
- Your DS-260 has been submitted, and at this stage, your case is in Stage 3, with a documentarily qualified status at the National Visa Center (NVC).
- Your case is now awaiting a consular interview, which will be scheduled as soon as your priority date becomes current in the Visa Bulletin.

These milestones reflect the effectiveness of our process and our commitment to your successful outcome.

Regarding the DS-260 submission
- At MCC USA, we specialize in recruiting international talent and workers for U.S.-based companies. However, it is important to clarify that the visa process and final approval are subject to legal procedures and multiple U.S. government agencies.
- The immigration process is managed by your designated immigration attorney, expert in EB-3 process
- All documents are always submitted with the applicant’s prior review and consent.
- As explained by the EB-3 expert immigration attorneys, any corrections should be addressed during the consular interview.

Please be assured that your case has been handled with the highest level of seriousness and dedication. We have been working diligently to comply with all requirements and procedures under the EB-3 Visa Program.

Nonetheless, your feedback is important, and we’d like to address any lingering concerns directly. Your designated Account Manager at MCC USA is ready to arrange a call at your convenience to discuss this matter more fully—and ensure your confidence in how we handle your account.

We stand by our commitment to ethical standards, professionalism, and accountability—evidenced by your progressing case and the thousands of successful beneficiaries we have supported under the EB-3 program.

Thank you again for voicing your concerns. We’re committed to continuous improvement and supporting you through every remaining step of your immigration journey.

Thank you for your patience and for allowing us to continue assisting you.

Sincerely,
MCC USA Team

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with MCCUSA’s handling of my case. I completed my stage 2 payment in December 2023, yet my case was only submitted in April 2024 — a 4-month delay that caused unnecessary stress and wasted time.

Now, after my Labor Certification (LC) has been approved and I have completed the stage 3 payment, I reached out to ask about the preparation for my I-140 filing. The response I received on Zendesk essentially excuses further delays due to sponsor documentation timelines.

This is unacceptable. My LC is only valid for 6 months, and any delay of up to 5 months in filing my I-140 drastically shortens my available time, potentially jeopardizing my entire process. MCCUSA should have acted promptly after payment stages were completed instead of letting months pass before moving to the next step.

Their lack of urgency and inefficient communication have cost me valuable time in an already lengthy immigration process. I would strongly caution others to be aware of such delays before engaging their services.

Thank you for your message and for sharing your perspective regarding the payment and case progression timelines. We understand your concerns and recognize the importance of each step in your immigration process.

We would like to clarify that, for the I-140 filing, certain sponsor documents must be both current and accurate at the time of submission. Obtaining and verifying these documents is a critical step, and this requirement can occasionally affect the speed at which we are able to proceed.

Please be assured that we closely monitor all deadlines to ensure there is no risk to your case. Our goal is to ensure that the submission meets all legal requirements, thereby avoiding potential rejections or delays from USCIS.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work within the applicable legal requirements. Your case remains a priority, and we will continue to keep you informed at every stage of the process.
