I engaged Migratorz Immigration Consultant (Migratorz Management Consultancies L.L.C, Dubai (License No: 1447729) for Ireland job processing services.
During the process, the company issued me an Offer Letter and an Employment Permit Letter for a job in Ireland. In order to verify the authenticity of the permit, I contacted the Employment Permits Section of the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment in Ireland. I received an official reply confirming that the permit provided to me was not genuine.
For these services, I paid AED 4,000 to the company. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, a refund of PKR 75,000 remains pending.
I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with the company through email and WhatsApp communication, but no satisfactory response has been provided.
Due to this issue, I have already submitted a formal complaint to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and may pursue further action with other relevant authorities if the matter is not resolved.
I hope the company will resolve this issue promptly and process the pending refund.
