Ordered a jacket on Miinto because it had a lower price. Didn't know about this website before. The delivery was good, no complains. Would most likely order something more there later.

Well performed
Miinto performed well and the product is fine. Communication was as it should be, order process also. Only minus comes from the courier service selection. There were only one possible courier service (normal, not express) to choose from and that one is not so good: fast, yes, but not doing what they say.

I ordered my shoes on 25.4 it says it takes 2-5 days. Still today am waiting I tracked it it has gone from Slovenia Italy Germany and now in Denmark. I contacted your customer service and they said it is the UPS fault . So you didn’t deliver in time .

Pleasant experience
Great selection of clothes, got most of my items in a day by using the faster DHL delivery. The discounts were also better than elsewhere I looked. One shop was slower to send out the package and I've yet to receive it, but I'm being kept updated on that.

Bad experience. Was waiting for shoes for over 2 weeks and they were not even dispatched, although the delivery time was promised 3-5 days. Could't get a clear explanation what the problem was. Asked to return the money.
