Very fast and good help from Martina when my lovley shoes was broken. Even so friendly. I have never experied so fast help from begining to end . Very Very helpfull! And Martina fixed everything, almost . Ofcourse I hade to post the shoes. I really hade the best help. I Will shop à LOT With Miinto in the feauture. I Know if there is a problem, they will help me, all the way, and most importent, she never question me as a coustomer . THANKS FOR EVERYTHING MARTINA !

It's all good until you need to return…
It's all good until you need to return your order. The whole return process is a mess, I havent received any return label and have now contacted customer support 3 times and have still not received any return label. And the return should be made during 14 days, how can I do that if you cant provide me with such simple thing as a return label? It was my absolutely last time I have purchased anything from Miinto. I dont recommend the website at all, dont order anything here.

I placed my first order on a vintage item on Miinto and since I was a little nervous I contacted Miinto and they quickly assured me that everything was looking good and I would get my items very soon. Martina T. followed up my purchase and constantly sent me updates on the process and delivery, she showed a genuine interest in my shopping experience and it really made me feel like a vip. The delivery was also quicker than expected and I am very happy with my purchase! :)
