No respons from customer
No respons from customer service at all. Need to return my purchase but not possible. This is the second time this company ignore my return. Lats time it took 3 months for my refound..
This time it is a christmas sweater, and I feel sorry for the shop they coorperate with who will get a christmas sweater back in february. And I have tried to return it since november.

Never order from this company! I ordered a dress October 11th, received it October 16th (despite paying for next day delivery), then ordered a return label October 21st, which I then received November 9 after calling them an e-mailing them repeatedly (at least 4 phone calls during 4 consecutive days). Finally got to send my return November 21st, but never received my refund despite complying within the 14 days I as a customer have to fill in a refund form on the website and then another 14 days to send the product (after they have provided the return label). Now when I try to contact them they don’t respond to e-mails in weeks, and when I finally get a response (today after I threatened with legal consequences) they say that I will not be refunded as my return was late (which is entirely their fault). So dishonest, unprofessional and really lousy customer service.
Update: I was contacted by a representative by the company after posting this review. I was promised that they would amend the situation. I still have not received a response after that despite repeated reminders, nor a return payment. My next action is to report this company to the police for fraud.

Absolutely not serious
After 15 days, I have not received the order. I have contacted the customer support 3 times, but yet I have not received any information; simply a "we are sorry for the inconvenience. We have already reached out to the partner boutique to follow up on this case". Then silence

As seen from the reply below, once again I have received the answer "we have already reached out". Does it really take 1 week to get information from a partner warehouse? As said, this is not a serious and respectful way to treat customers

the package is empty
I ordered a jacket 8 days ago Online Miinto , at first the delivery company UPS wrote next day delivery there was no delivery, then they updated the delivery after 6 days, I was really looking forward to my order .
Yesterday I went to pick up the package and when I opened there was no jacket in the package only a hanger and two papers, I couldn’t believe my eyes and I was shocked how is this possible.
I immediately contacted Miinto, they started working on it and I have to wait 21 days.
After examining the package I have an thoughts what could have happened.
I really hope that Miinto will figure this out as soon as possible so that I can get my jacket and my Christmas holidays will not be ruined.
Order to Sweden.
I'm very upset about my order ! No updated no jacket information on my order.

Wrong product, wrong delivery address
Wrong item was delivered (wrong color and wrong size) even though on paper that was inside of the package they listed the right product. I ordered home delivery and was waiting the whole day but my purchase was delivered to access point
