Do not order from this site. The quality is poor and they do not offer proper refunds as they advertise on their website. You pay alot of money for poor quality clothing. AVOID

Placed an order with them on February 11th for a couple of custom music box mechanisms. I told them my deadline was April 2nd, they said they could do it, that production takes 4 weeks. Order goes forward. March 11th comes, order not completed.
I had to check in with them multiple times, multiple delays, I keep reminding them of my deadline.
Eventually they tell me to contact them again on the 25th, which I do telling them I'm going to contact Paypal if they don't ship on time. Out of nowhere they said they want to cancel my order, which I said I still needed the music boxes. They never actually cancelled because now on the 29th, I opened a case on Paypal, which for reason I got an auto refund for.
I've already had a lot of expenses crafting my own boxes for the music box mechanisms, and since I don't have the music boxes, I'm going to look into legal action to take them to small claims court so they can pay for the damage they've done. Completely unprofessional and unable to meet deadlines, absolutely avoid this company.

I bought 2 very well done carillons. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a 30 second musical mechanism to use in a box I was making my wife for our anniversary. The servuce was great - very responsive to questions and the product delivered was stunning. Beautifully presented and great sounding. I would highly recommend.

I just received my music box today. It plays “Clocks” by the musical group COLDPLAY. OMG..,when I opened it up I started to cry (happy tears). I am so in Love with this music box that there just are no words left!

But Ismael, the guy in charge and such a great person, did everything he could to get my order to me on time without any extra cost. I really appreciate that!

Bought a carousel music box which plays "Teddy Bears' Picnic" for my new granddaughter. It is absolutely beautful. So well made and very sturdy. So easy to wind up. I absolutely adore it. Better than I ever imagined. Perfectly packaged and shipped quickly

I just ordered a music box from Miium and I love it! It's a shame there aren't any reviews for this company yet so I thought I would change that.
It comes from Spain so allow extra time (took 2 weeks), but it came perfectly intact and I can't wait to give it to my boyfriend for Christmas.
