I ordered a personalised book holder and remote control holder as gifts. The personalisation aspect was easy & the results were excellent. Both items were lovely, of a high quality and well made. The recipients were delighted with their gifts. I did experience a slight problem regarding postage, but on contacting the company I found the staff excellent to deal with and they sorted the issue quickly and politely. Absolutely delighted with my new oak peg rack. The rack is beautifully made, real craftsmanship and worth every penny I paid for it. It's now proudly installed in my hallway and looks very elegant. Ordered a photo frame for my mum’s birthday and needed to change the personalisation after I’d made the order. This was accommodated without any problem and the frame received was lovely. I gave it to my mum today and she loves it!

Bought a wooden Whisky tumbler and Smoker via their website. They were only 30 minutes away so arranged to go down to Flint, to pick them up.
