Item never delivered and chargeback challenged!

I do not recommend buying from this shop.

I ordered a hat and paid in full, but the item was never delivered. I was never provided with any tracking number or any proof that the item had been shipped.

I contacted the seller to ask for information about my order but did not receive a proper explanation or solution.

Because the product never arrived, I had to open a chargeback with my bank to recover my money.

What is even more concerning is that the seller has now challenged the chargeback, despite the fact that no tracking number or proof of delivery was ever provided.

This has been a very frustrating experience and shows a serious lack of responsibility towards customers. Don’t buy from them !!!
