Anna helped us to buy our first home. The home loan process seemed daunting, but Anna explained everything really well and made the process easy for us. We felt comfortable reaching out with any questions and she went out of her way to answer them for us. We have already recommended her to other people.

As always Anna was brilliant to work with. Her advice is well considered and realistic. Anna makes herself readily available, even for the silly questions! She is reliable and does exactly what she says she will. We appreciate her dependable support with our mortages.

If you're looking for a supportive and proactive Adviser, Anna is the person to see! Our journey to purchase took much longer than we expected, however Anna was with us every step of the way.
While we were not new to the process, combing finances across different banks and the need to increase our budget during our search would have required a lot more effort for us if we didn't have Anna managing everything for us. Anna is superb. A couple of years ago we were looking at organising a mortgage with Kiwibank and it was an absolute nightmare. Luckily the sale fell through and we didn't need to go any further. We were not looking forward to the experience this time as the lending criteria has tightened up since then. However with Anna we just sat back while she did all the hard work. Her knowledge and expertise was very useful as we considered how to structure our lending. Plus she came out to our house for all of our meetings so the experience was completely hassle free. I can't rate her highly enough and would recommend her to my friends and family. We will certainly use her again if we ever purchasing another home.
