I was dealing with another mortgage broker and was getting frustrated with the lack of understanding of what my vision was
Once I spoke with Donald and went through what I needed, not only did he understand he took the reigns and got me to the final dream property

Just basic friendly service and easy communication. It's rare these days.

Donald really whizzed through everything which was great for the most part. However it did leave us a bit confused at times of what was going on and what was expected of us.
Overall though we really appreciated his efforts and we felt he did the best he could for us.
